Highly disappointed 😞
Bought this a few weeks ago and at first it worked great, then all of a sudden it stopped working and I haven't been able to get it working again.

pairing before you install on the wall
Need a strong Wi-Fi. Need to pair it next to the Wi-Fi modem then install it near the front door

Love this brand
Great security camera. We’ve used this brand for years with no problems (worth the money and cheaper than others systems), however, this particular camera can ONLY be used with an existing doorbell system which was not stated anywhere. Since we do not have an existing doorbell, I was able to do some research and found an adapter that could be used. We got it hooked up and it works great! The picture is clear, notifications are mostly accurate. Hard wired so no battery needed.

Camera works good, Chime not so much
Night Owl cameras, in general, are great. We've been using Night Owl cameras for several years and purchased the Night Owl doorbell camera (with chime) to replace our old doorbell. The camera works well when it's working. At times, it does weird things. The Chime was working at the beginning, but now the Chime (The wireless chime that plugs in) has stopped working. Not sure why either. It plugs in, so I'm assuming it doesn't need batteries, right? It would be 5 stars if the Chime still worked. But, that's all for now.
