The original shift knobs that come with this shifter are not optimal. They appear to be a compromise. The round shifter is a bit large in the hand and the sequential bump shift knob is too fat and too short for precise shifting. Problem solved: swap out the old with Abfer shift knobs. Many Abfer knobs come with several adapter sizes. The 12mm adapter fits the CSW SQ perfectly. Add a little lubricant and the knobs go on and off easily (careful as some of the Abfer knobs use a different adapter set). I have collected most of their knobs and I can really tell the difference. It’s a blast to quick swap them out to have a precise shift knob needed. I use this small aluminum shift knob for open-wheelers. This give a precise shift, feels really great in your hand. Don’t forget to adjust the CSW SQ shift resistance, less for bump shift and more for H-pattern.

this thing probabky won't fit on your shift knob. Its cheaply made in china as well and the adapters are horrible
