I see the best results 30 minutes or so before a workout. I can’t confirm some of the more outrageous claims people are making about performance in other areas, but I definitely recommend as a fitness supplement.

When I take these even just one I can definitely feel a huge difference in my energy those days so loving them. I am only taking it every couple days or so since I did notice some constipation with it. The initial taste is good since I love tamarind but at the end of your chew you do get a strong taste so I just flush it down with water but the taste is not nearly as bad as the other forms of silajit

Does not help sensation or give you any benefit to perform better. First tried one for a week then went to two each day up to three each day and can't tell much difference.

I’ve been a fan of the 60-count bags, but this larger bag was disappointing. The lab card was dated September 2024, and even the black packaging looks noticeably faded compared to my previous 60-count bag. I tried them anyway, but they were not effective. At all. Waste of money. I haven’t been able to reach customer support for a fresh replacement, so it’s 1 star for now. If the company makes this right and sends a fresh batch, I’ll gladly update my review.
