My favorite Indomie flavor (fyi - it's the former "beef" flavor)
These are, by far, my favorite flavor from Indomie in this line of noodles. Great flavor and a bit of spice, which you can regulate by the amount of the spice packet you use. I typically use it all and add minced garlic, honey, sweet soy sauce, a little splash of lemon juice, and a little bit of tabasco for balance. Love these since they're so easy to prepare and they only need a few minutes for them to cook and never seem to lose their texture even if you cook them a little too long. Plus, you can use the number of packets that works for a given situation and buying in bulk is really such a savings. For those who remember Indomie's "Beef" flavored - guess what - this is it! Literally, and it took me two or three years to figure it out, but I did some research. Turns out the company realized that they really needed a "vegetable" option for those in the USA and other markets where there are more vegetarians and vegans. Well, while the originally flavor of the "Beef" variety was inspired by a beef dish, it didn't obviously ever contain beef, so they just renamed it and redesigned the package - but it's the same mix of spices as before.

Cheap and delicious, and not too unhealthy
My favorite ramen. Great taste without being too unhealthy, far better than the Cup noodles and its ilk. Easy to make, hot water boil for a few minutes. Comes with well flavored packets, you can choose to put spice pack for your own preferred spiciness. They can go with almost any left over you have in the fridge. Silky texture without being too flacid or chewy, goes down smoothly and absorbs just the right amount of flavor. None of the cheap chicken bouillon taste you'll get from a lot of similarly priced noodles. I get these on subscription and happily go through these regularly.

S'Allright
I quickly learned to leave out the hot pepper and the nasty tasting tiny bag of greasiness. The powder packet of flavor is so-so. It is otherwise a good ramen at the best price. I took to mixing this with another brand of ramen so I'd have twice the noodles.

If you like Ramen you will love this
These are the so much more flavorful and fresh than the usual packets from the grocery store. They can be eaten just with the flavor packets enclosed (3 - the usual spice dry spice packet with an attached chili pepper if needed, and an oil/spice packet). Or you can do as we like and add veggies. Our favorite is to stir fry some cabbage and onion and add at the end, with or without some small chicken chunks. Or you can put an egg in it (popular for breakfast in Indonesia) by either letting the egg poach in the water or stirring it so the yolk sort of disappears and the white is a bit here and there in the final offering. This also comes in many flavors and you might like something other than the vegetable one we prefer. You will enjoy trying several.
