A fantastic way to move your signal round your house
Brilliant but note it can only output up to two wires Or one of its the primary box so decide which to link device you need

Great product useless instructions
Great product. Set up instructions did not work because we already have a Deco system.

Not bad but needs a bit more thought - particularly the app.
The Deco itself works well enough but there are a few things to bear in mind that can be problematical. It loses one star because it was delivered with the wrong plug. Without a UK plug I couldn't use it! The instructions for adding it to your system are minimal - get the app and follow what it says. The app doesn't tell you how to determine if all is set up correctly. If you have a 5G main unit (as I do) the LED is white when all is well and done. However, the X10 LED is green when setup is complete. The app itself is not always very helpful. It picks up some of my Smart devices incorrectly, for example, it identifies a smart bulb as a phone. It also showed the system as 'having no internet access' even though all the devices were working perfectly and connected to the internet. You also need to know that many smart devices will not automatically switch to the nearer Deco with the stronger signal, but will need to be rebooted before they 'see' the stronger signal. These reservations reduce the score to 3 stars.

It fails to stay flat on the floor
It looks.like the picture which is a good start and seems to be made of quality materials. However it doesn't pass the first requirement of a chair mat. It doesn't stay in place. Very disappointing.

Failed after only 1 month
Worked perfectly for 1 month then turned into a brick. Completely useless now!
