I love cooking and with that love comes wear and tear of kitchen items. My wife and I decided a new set of pans should be bought and that we had a set criteria for our needs. One of these was that the set needs to be able to be stored in a smaller space than those pots and pans these new ones would replace. That all new pots and pans could be used in an oven and that they had detachable handles. This set matched our needs.We received the items well packaged and in a day or two. They are great. Easy to clean, easy to use and better than we had expected. I have had much more expensive pots/ pans which have not been as good as these.What came as a bit of a shock was when one of the two handles that come with the set broke whilt cooking. I lifted a pot which was half full and the handle cracked dropping the pan about 3 or 4 centimetres onto the hob. The handles nib had cracked thus losing the power and the handle failed. Ouch.We contacted the seller who, I believe, is also the manufacturer and after a small hiccup with Amazon's messaging system replaced both the handles quibble free I including the non broken one). There was no arguing, no ahhhs and buts, just send pictures of the failed handle and replaced. To say we are happy is an understatement.I would also like to add that at no time were we asked to write a review as has happened in the past with other items bought on Amazon!This is, in my opinion, the pinnacle of customer service. Would I buy these again - yes, of course I would. We are more than happy!

What can be said about a perfect item so far.I needed a new pan set that took up less space than standard sets.This seemed to fit my requirements.I’ve used once to boil potatoes and it did not disappoint. Works fine on gas. I did wonder if the base would burn on gas but not a mark on it.The handles are simple to put on and take off. I do take the handles off when on the gas ring so I don’t burn the handles. Colour is beautiful duck egg/ aqua colour.Definitely saves space. Light weight and well engineered in design.Lids for the fridge are a great idea. You can put them in the oven without the handle on like a casserole dish. Not sure you should put the lids in just in case.Clean up easily. No marks so far.I have bought silicone utensils so it doesn’t take the non stick coating off. Good value for a decent set.True to colour, I’m a fan of pastel colours rather than the usual dark colours for a kitchen. There are lots of colours to choose from.Can’t comment on longevity yet.Delivery on time, but left on my step early doors. Thankfully they were still there when I realised.I would recommend.

Extremely disappointed! With the first use, my wife was cooking with a pan filled with pasta and boiling water—the attachable handle suddenly snapped off, causing the pan to fall into the sink and splash her with scalding hot water.As a result, my wife suffered burns to her face, neck, chest, and right arm. She was in extreme pain, shocked, and very distressed, not only for heself but also for our one-year-old daughter, who had been standing near her at the time. Thankfully, our daughter had just moved away, narrowly avoiding a potentially severe injury.The handle appeared secure when attached, but it clearly had a serious defect, as it snapped clean off while my wife was lifting the pan. The handle remained in her hand while the pan itself fell.We were expecting much better quality and safety/testing with this product. It's only by luck we've not been left in an even more serious situation due to a faulty handle.

After years of buying really cheap pan sets, I decided to pay a little more money and get a decent set. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't afford a huge amount, but I wanted a set where I wasn't always reaching for a screwdriver to tighten the wobbly handles!! This set exceeded my expectations completely, and feels like I'd paid twice the amount at least for it. Fabulous solid, non-stick pans, a good range of sizes and with two clip on handles - very sturdy. You also get thick felt to place between the pans to protect them while stscked. We love them, and can see them lasting a good few years.

One of the handles broke when carring a pan of pasta to sink to be strained fell onto the floor. Luckily I was wearing my slippers because I would have burnt my feet.would be grateful if you would send a replacement handle as I only have one now.tks

I bought these to save wrist from my heavy pots. Read all reviews and thought I’d buy, as well as good reviews they looked nice and also easy storage. Received them 2 days ago and fell in love with them immediately. Very light but good quality. The pictures don’t do this set any justice. The packaging was also amazing Annnd you get a wee screwdriver to attach one of the pot lids handles. Pot Handles are so easy to clip off and on and because handles come of it’s easy to transfer the pot from stove to oven and air fryer. Fridge lids are a big bonus. I love the deep frying pan too. I spent the afternoon prepping food for the week ahead and only used 2 pots. And no oven dishes…… Who doesn’t love less washing up.I’ve used Le creuset for ever and to give them up was a crush to the heart but honestly love this set, non stick….. Game changer!Also removable handle with a 4 year old going around is a big bonusI had to buy new oven mitts though as I felt my standard ones gave me the feeling that pot was going to slip as I was taking it out oven. So easy to clean I cook with a normal electric hob and heat distribution is great.

Great Product, actually nonstick I havnt had a nonstick pan like this before. We are very pleased. Had to contact customer service as the small pan was not working and the customer service was amazing. They replied quick and gave me a solution. So far so good. Have avoided using dishwasher just incase but they are sutable for the dishwasher. Overall very happy would deffinatly purchase more products from this company.
