INADA Sogno Massage Chair, Dark Brown

The fabric on our $7k chair is falling apart and it's quote shocking how thin the material is for a massage chair. The low quality of the fabric is unbelievable as a $7k chair should not fall apart after a few years. The worst part about Inada is the warranty DOES NOT COVER UPHOLSTERY. If you want a $7k chair which looks like junk after a few years, then this is the chair for you.

i bought a inada sogno a few years ago for 7K, if i remember correctly. it is mostly used occasionally by my wife. she weighs about 100 pounds. it sits in our master bedroom, and not exposed to sun light. recently, we notice that the fabric below the headrest is falling apart, shedding the inside foam . the area where the seat and seatback meets also has that problem. i contact the company and they quoted 310 for the pillow assembly and 609 for the back/ seat pad !!!! i am disappointed that for the amount we paid, the quality is not there, not what i expected from a product made in japan. you are forewarned.
