I typically use coconut oil for oil pulling but I do appreciate the minty flavor of this product. I use this about twice a week when I want a full deep clean minty feeling. The flavor and consistency are great and it doesn’t leave much residue after use.

I believe the peppermint oil caused irritation on my tongue. I did oil pulling for the first time and followed all the instructions carefully. The next morning, the left side of my tongue was extremely painful and very noticeably swollen, unlike anything I’ve ever felt before. It's been three days now, and the pain hasn’t improved at all. I definitely won’t be buying a product like this again. From now on, I’ll stick to plain extra virgin coconut oil with no added ingredients.
