Works perfectly
The original battery for my Dyson that I had less than a year stopped recharging. I love my Dyson vacuum, but Dyson's customer service couldn't be worse. So, I bought this battery as a replacement. It works great and holds a charge longer than the original did.

Battery Life or lack of!
Within 3 months battery charge is only lasting 7 minutes. I have a small house and live alone so I donโt use this more than once a week. What a waste on $$$$. I give this products battery life a minus ratings. Donโt waste your money on this.

Doesn't work
Battery works longer than original Dyson battery. The only downside it there is no light to indicate charging. One use in but so far so good.

Great addition so I can finish cleaning quicker
I put off buying another battery until it went on sale. The fits perfectly with my Dyson v15 detect absolute. It doesnโt really last 95 minutes when I use the carpet head attachment. I use 2 batteries for my 3000 sq ft house with mostly hardwood floors and area rugs.

Impressive. A game changer.
Packaging was very adequate. It did come with good instructions and maintenance information. It's recommended to charge fully first and run it out 5 times for charging. I vacuumed the upper, lower levels plus stairs in my house and it still has a charge. Dyson provides a 3600 battery, this one is a 5000 extended run. I believe with Samsung cells, the longevity will be good. When the vacuum came to a quick halt, we were going to buy a new one. Purchasing this replacement saved us a lot of money.

Does Not Hold Charge
First timed used the battery only lasted 20 minutes on medium setting. ***Updated*** ELO reached out to me after this post and has worked with on the issue. Great Seller!

Stopped working after a little more than a month
After about a month and a bit the battery suddenly became fully unresponsive, the LEDs no longer turned on, vacuum didn't work, and also did not charge. It seems the control board for it must've broke because the battery itself is outputting the correct voltage on the positive and negative prongs. It's a shame because while it was working this battery was great, it actually lasted longer than the original battery my vacuum came with, and my vacuum is brand new so this lasted longer than a brand new original battery.

Poor Quality
Wonโt hold a charge after 4 months of purchase. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of for warranty information or troubleshooting. I think I may have been better off buying a replacement off of the Dyson website for the extra cost. Brutal.

Battery does not last. Inability to hold a charge even with minimal use!
Purchased this battery Dec 19 2025. Our Dyson only gets used by our cleaner every 2 weeks. The battery now only shows 19% charging capacity even if it is on charge for a week. I now have to replace the battery as it is deemed out of warranty. I would not recommend this produce given the poor quality of the battery In
