IF..Your thinking of buying them, Proโ Conโs negative & positive reviews
I waited a long time before I left a comment as I wanted to test them as they are expensive I love them! Do they have flaws? Yes & No!? How so? You can not please everyone. The people who leave negative reviews do NOT know how to use them! Itโs honestly that simple , I handed them this Christmas to my mum & 3 siblings Iโm in my 30โs one older one 18 one 22 None of them knew how to work them. BUT.. Nor did I BUTโฆ. When you get them and open the box it explains to you in the most easy to follow laymanโs terms instructions You PUSH them in hard ( with the right size ear cups you get 5 sizes ) Once pushed in they seal, BUT you must also push in and TURN up so in and the bud part up This gives the most amazing seal you will get , I have had beats apple & others None come close to the fit and seal. Now none of my sisters got it not even my younger two, but as soon as I showed them that was it they were not afraid Of breaking them or doing it wrong and they worked perfectly As in .. so wuth the Liberty 4 Proโs on the case you can run on the Transparency normal and ANC Which are all outstanding! So I played no music and spoke and showed them that if you want to hear traffic and music , or if you like me ( I ONLY Use these to watch UHD Blu Ray movies & Netflix & Prime etc thatโs it! ) But I can say once they are put in correctly you could head bang and they would not fall out I have a Bluetooth transmitter as I have an iPhone and iPhone are cheap with there codex of Bluetooth ( just the basics if you own an android your blessed! ) But itโs not an issue As in , you ONLY Need the transmitter if you want to hear the best of best sound in a movie wuth studio level quality Your getting 85-90% with out it , I just love my UHD 4K Blu rays They never ever drop , once you link them to your tv or phone as soon as you put them in Boom! You get the connectivity sound every single time ( over months & months of use ) not dropped 1 time If they are dropping on people they are going behind concrete walls and doors a few rooms away Iโve a good 10-15 meters of kitchen & sitting room they never drop not even when I go into my room ( doors open itโs Bluetooth not wifi ) The battery life is amazing, I always use ANC so no fridge hum , no loud cars , no nothing just my tv feet up chair back and hearing stuff in my favourite movies Iโve never heard before You do not need the app , but do download it! But I very very rarely use it as they link to my phone and tv once turned on You can do lots of tricks in the app , hear id Spatial Audio LDAC ( not certified which is my only CON! Idk why they donโt as they have won so many awards in there class and there is not even a close second for price range ) You set up the at to what you like , how they are , movies , music etc & so much more Like I said the range is at least 25 meters thatโs around two corners two different rooms The battery life Iโd like to be better , but the huge plus is You will get I think 6 or 8 hours with ANC up full blast and doing micro changes many times a second or every ten seconds or a minute So the battery life is how you set them up , mine are to the extreme and Iโve gotten up on a Sunday And had to put them back in the charger two times for 5 to 6 mins , going from 25% to 75% in 5 mins Getting from 80% to 100% takes about 15mins So ten mins out of the day you canโt use them watching tv all day Thatโs amazing for there size no surprises itโs Ankler If you want quality build with a decade of trust in a company these are for you The only reason people give out about them is because they donโt read the very basic box you get them in , the flap as you open it explaining it all in under 100 words with pictures to follow Itโs like my older sister, she even been shown for ten mins , did not like them and could not figure out Itโs push in & UP! Wuth the stem/bud They have the volume control thatโs so easy , slide finger up volume up slide down and itโs volume down The ANC is on the box or the other bud But really all you need is , put them in turn on Tv/phone ( bing ) connected No phone , no app , itโs done , play They will last 24 hours wuth the box wuth the digital screen showing lots of different stuff Charging the number ( left one is 89.76% & going up right one the same just in numbers like 89.76% 89.77% , because once you look at the left one and look at the right itโs already charged ) You can use a 100 watt charger & a 240 watt fast charging lead The case will only take what it needs , like s phone or anything else So I do understand the bad reviews, but not sound quality or build or dropping connections Itโs people not using them for no joke , ten mins with the original box open & boom you never need it again they are that simple My only con as I said is the LDAC which is 4 times better sound quality than high resolution wireless Audo & btw there Never is lip sync issues Iโve tried on 3 TVโs 2 laptops. There flawless that way lip syncing is Not a problem I just donโt know why they donโt certify it! Yes it is 100% LDAC and a huge difference the sound is like hearing for the first time And I have a LDAC transmitter for my big fancy Tv and LDAC pops up with no lag or lip syncing issues whatsoever If your thinking of buying them But themโ Donโt mind the bad reviews as itโs people like my sister 41 who after ten mins got fed up , but she would put them in the bin and but others ( fancy job so hard to please her lol ) My younger sisters loved them and both asked for them for there birthday They own apple air pods, that should tell you all you need to know So in short , just read the box , not even the book instructions inside the box Just the box that opens out 3 fold itโs long , mess wuth them for ten mins em, donโt be afraid to push in hard , make sure turn UP for the perfect seal And oh yea but the 10 quid case , not to scratch or if you drop them , they are protected Amazing strong magnetic case , I have the huge clip thing taken off as I use them for tv But for the ten quid buy it itโs worth it If you the same build quality and sound quality out of the box your going to pay ยฃ300+ quid Thatโs just a fact! They are cheap for what your getting, if they launch an upgrade so Liberty 5 Pro Iโll be buying them for sure I also own the soundcore Q30 & Space one Q45 which I really love & recommend too so comfy and so well built Your buying quality that you will get YEARS out of them. Stop thinking and just buy them If you do as I said , or what the pictures and box says you will absolutely love them too A very long read I knowโ but they are expensive itโs an investment hence why I watched 6+ months for my review and itโs all positive Hope this helps someone decide! Said everything I can think of! :)

Don't use my phone without my 4 Pro's
I bought these to replace Anker 4 earbuds and the 4 Pro are a definite improvement. The in-ear fit is very much the same but sound quality and noise cancellation greatly improved! You realise how noisy a flight can be when you place the earbuds in and then take them out. I use the 4 Pro daily during my 5k among traffic and the fidelity of sound whether this is a podcast, soulful house, rap or classics is undiminished with the ANC activated at level 8. The sound quality and range is there, especially when considering the price. I never need to turn the volume much higher than a quarter and never more than half-way. Adjusting the volume is easy by sliding up or down the earbud shaft and you can use the case for controlling the ANC. I managed to purchase the 4 Pro for a very good price and are thoroughly pleased with my purchase and have recommended these to friends. I find the battery life excellent as I will often use the buds for several hours daily with the ear buds holding a good length of charge and the case topping the buds quickly when reinserted. The case is strong and feels durable, so combined with a great battery life (I charge the case and buds once a week), the 4 Pro really are great. The 4 Pro pair with all of my laptops (Dell, HP and Microsoft) and the ability to pair with more than one device via the Soundcore App is handy. I don't use my phone without the 4 Pro for calls now!

Quality Product
After doing some research i decided on these Soundcore Liberty 4, the sound is excellent and i love the different fittings for the ears, and they fit perfectly, i have recently been a Sony lover for earphones but they changed the design and do not fit very well. So far so good with the Soundcore, they were easy to set up and i have not had to charge yet so the battery life is very good, if i was to say a negative, they do cut out quite a lot, i will persist for now to see if it becomes a big issue,

Sound Quality assured
Well where should I start other than these earbuds are nothing more than outstanding..the best I've ever used and sound quality is amazing..with having the 3 ambient sound settings it's nice to switch between them adjusting to surroundings...the noise cancelling settings can be adjusted high or low for surroundings but for optimum cancelling it's better used towards high settings but not necessarily at the utmost..the noise cancelling adjusts every 0.3 secs for the surrounding area and sets itself to suit which is great for noiser areas...the earbuds fit in your ear better than I expected for something that doesn't wrap the complete ear to hold itself in place..it's surprising that they even stay in place even during vigorous exercise so there's no fear of them popping out...they are very easy to set up and the buttons on each earpiece can be used for multiple functions so as to suit your preference by setting them up in the soundcore app...if you are looking for quality sound..comfort of usability and value for money for the applications these things do then look no further as these will fulfill your every need

Superb buds.
Always been a big fan of soundcore, but it's been a while since I purchased any of their higher end offerings. Incredibly impressed with these! Everything worked perfectly out of the box. Phone app worked seamlessly to update the buds and case to the latest firmware, and then to tailor the buds to my preferred sound profile and settings. They sound v good. Music is natural and the NC is v impressive. They're beautifully designed and packed with every possible feature. They work perfectly & sound great. Definite 10/10.

Superb headphones
Awesome sound quality and great value for money. There's a feature on the app which allows you to turn up certain frequencies to attentive for deafness. This has allowed me to hear new sounds I wouldn't normally hear. I wear hearing aids and they work in the same way. Connectivity is great. Just pop them out of the case and they connect. The buttons on the side are all assignable for your perfect set up. Battery life is good and they charge super fast. The case holds a decent amount of charge. I listen all the time and barely run out. The sound quality is fantastic. Base is very clear and you can use their smart tools to set them up and adjust the music profile to your liking. I will say my pair broke within the year. It was really easy to get a replacement through Anker though and their returns team were really good at communicating and they sent me a replacement.

would Not recommend. Right earphone done for already.
Functions are cool and all on the case. Sound is about the same as older models though so not much to write home about when it comes to the pros. Both earphones crackling, the right also bleeps on some songs with decent bass (yep read that right - dangerous high pitch at that, almost like the find my device sound) and cuts out on some songs entirely. Iโve tried EVERY size and it does the same. No, I donโt have any hearing issues but this seems to be a reoccurring issue Iโve had with soundcore earbuds with the other p30i included. Would Not recommend buying these. For the price expected more than just a glorified charging case. Update: - bleeping in the right ear is now all the time as soon as the earbud is in. Dangerously high pitch and feel like I almost went deaf after ringing for a good 5 mins in my ear after. Terrible.

The problem with these is that Anker sell other earbuds.
Before I get into this review, I want to preface it by saying that I have a lot of Anker audio products, so this review is based on me having experience with the brand. I have the P40i, Space Q45, Sport X20, Q30, and the Aerofit 2, as the ones in my Soundcore app. This is so you understand that I am very familiar with the brand and how they should sound. I'm going to start with the bad aspects first. The sound quality is not good for music. They really struggle with bass and mid-range at the same time, you can tell that it is a physical issue with the components used rather than software. Regardless of what profile you use, and no matter what settings you change, whether it be for LDAC or any other sound profile, the audio is extremely compressed. The headphones are simply not able to deal with multiple frequencies at once, the response times when you listen to anything that has a tiny bit of bass absolutely plummets. Even listening to music that has very little bass, it feels like the drivers just don't know what to do. Mid-Range comes across feeling like it has treble as an undertone, but then when treble comes in mid-range seems to take a backseat. It's really really weird experiencing what happens when you have audio profiles that have bass, mid-range and treble that change constantly during the tracks you are listening to. These were tested on a Google pixel 8A, a Mac air laptop, an iPhone 15, and a galaxy s23. The response times and poor audio is clear across the board. Phone calls are very good, like very good. I made two phone calls whilst using these buds and both people on the line commented that I sounded crystal clear and they actually asked me what was different. The feel of the case and the feel of the buds is of a very high quality, the touch components on the case work effortlessly. They fit brilliant. In total I spent 3 days of these earbuds between 7 and 8 hours a day with music, and I can confirm the battery life is very good. Even when using LDAC I was able to go a full day. Bluetooth connection is extremely simple through the app set up as extremely simple through the app as well. However, I can't recommend these earbuds for music listening whatsoever. If these headphones had the sound quality of P40i, the then these would be an absolute bargain for the morning. Unfortunately, the sound quality of these earbuds which are advertised as being on the premium side, is without doubt the worst of any Anker product I have, that in itself is a hard thing to say because the rest of my products are superb. I was extremely disappointed with these headphones because I expected to at least have the sound quality of headphones that are 1/3 the value of these. The only reason I can give these two stars is because the case itself and the fit and the functionality is spot on. However, the item is designed to listen to audio, and these just are not good at all which is a real shame as the rest of the product catalogue that I have, is genuinely superb.

Absolutely Nothing Bad to Report
My old wireless earbuds bit the dust, so I started shopping around and comparing and took a chance on the Liberty 4 Pro. I ordered them knowing that they would not sound as good as my wired balanced earbuds and was willing to live with that. I was wrong. Completely wrong. These not only sound as good as my wired, but much better. I haven't used the wired earbuds since I got the Liberty 4 Pro. The LDAC codec works great with my devices. The Soundcore app is amazing. You can customize everything about the earbuds except the color. On the app there is a Preference Test. This plays short samples of music where you can choose between A and B as to which sound you like best. It repeats this a number of times. At the end it figures out "your" best sound preference. I did this and haven't tinkered with the EQ once because the EQ it figured out for me was perfect. And, to my great pleasure, I found that this preference stays with the buds even if I'm using a different device with them. I can change this if I ever decide to, but it ain't broke so I'm not gonna fix it. I was actually taken aback by the Active Noise Cancellation. I was on a noisy bus when I first tried it out. When I put the buds in my ears and turned on the ANC I thought I had lost my hearing for a few seconds until I realized that it was the ANC kicking in. It was that effective. I could have heard a pin drop (except for the fact that the ANC would have probably cancelled out the sound of the pin dropping). It made quite a difference on my bus ride -- listening to only the pure sound of the music. Just to make sure I was still in the real world, I turned on the transparency mode and could hear every yapper and bouncy bus noise again (so I went back to ANC). Regarding the sound, the bass is strong and powerful, but not at the expense of the mids or highs. I get a solid base sound without feeling that my skull is being pummeled. The mids are very clear and the vocals come through strong. The highs are crisp and clear without harshness. Overall, a great sound. I've also been impressed with how the instruments are separated and I get a 3 dimensional sound to the music. Sometimes I feel like I could point to where the musicians were sitting in the room when they recorded it. Finally, they are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever tried. Normally I have to futz around with different tips or buy expensive tips from other companies to get the right fit. Then, I have to shove them half way up into my ear canal to get a decent seal (and even then I have to re-adjust frequently). Needless to say, it gets uncomfortable after about 20 minutes or so. With the Liberty 4 Pro, there are SIX sets of tips in the box from XXS to XL. After doing "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe", I chose the XL size. For me, this was a perfect fit. I gently placed the buds in my ear (not ear canal) and there was a perfect seal. Since these were resting in my ear and not shoved up into it, there was no discomfort of any kind. I can wear them for hours (and have) without any attention on them. I had thought this would never happen. Final finally, the customer service is also way beyond what I expected. I had a problem with getting the app to work on one of my devices, so I shot off a customer support request from their website. They answered back within 24 hours to tell me that there was a new update of the app that fixed this problem. I downloaded it and there is no problem. I had a query on something else and sent a request and was answered (with query resolved) again within 24 hours. Amazing. My recommendation is, click these into your cart and proceed to checkout.

Premium sound, fit and functionality for relatively low cost compared to the traditional brands.
The Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro by Anker were bought to replace an ageing pair of Sony WF-1000XM4's, so the Sony's are my reference used for this review. Right out of the box, my initial verdict of the Anker was dissapointment. However, after running through the sound profile setup, my dissapointment was turned into excitement. The dual drivers of the Anker brings the listening experience closer to audio reference systems with good mid and high clarity and a precise & punchy base. The dynamic range is far better than the Sony MX4's. Due to the improved sound capabillities, compression noise and low sampling rate will be much more noticeable on the Anker than with older single driver earbuds. Ensure your audio streaming services and devices are set to the highest fidelity. Another step up from the Sony's is improved battery-life for the earbuds and the number of case recharges. As expected, earbud battery life is significantly reduced when using ANC. The ANC feels natural. If in a silent room, there is no felt difference in the sound picture between max awareness, normal and max ANC settings. My personal preference is that there should be more amplification of external sounds when in awareness mode. The ANC is mostly filtering out low frequencies. More mid-range and voice isolation would be preferable. The Anker earbuds and charging case feels light but not cheap. I find the fit to be comfortable and secure with the larger inserts. Controls are customisable through the app. ANC can be controlled from the case. Stop/start, volume and other functions lives on the earbud stem. The latest FW upgrade improved case and earbud touch sensitivity and precision. The only grief that I have is that the case does not accommodate the use of foam inserts. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. Premium sound for relatively low cost compared to the traditional brands.
