Speakers are not working and producing hiss and crackling sound. Also no battery backup. Tried to claim warranty by providing all the documents and video of speaker issue but they don’t want to provide support as asking same thing again and again. Worst product and customer care. Think twice before buying Amazon basic products as bad customer care and bad product quality.

This is speaker by amazon basics is highly recommend to buy. The battery life is great you can get long hours of play on single charge. The lighting feature is also cool. The sound quality is great and it has great performance with music with bass. The Bluetooth connectivity provided enables wireless connectivity over good range.

After connecting it to the mobile, its sound was fine and the base was also fine but after connecting it to the TV, its sound was very low and even after setting the volume to 100, the sound was very low.
