Hibiscus And Raspberry Leaf tea A refreshing tea made from hibiscus petals and raspberry leaves. Directions Hibiscus Tea: Put 5-10 petals into a teacup and fill with boiling water. Stir and leave to brew for 3 minutes. Hibiscus Jelly: Boil a pint of water and add to a saucepan. Add a handful of hibiscus petals and brew for 5 minutes whilst simmering. Strain and return to the saucepan. Add around a tablespoonful of agar flakes and a small tablespoonful of sugar. Heat gently for 3 minutes while the agar dissolves.
