Leather cases are my favorite due to them aging with time showing old fashion wrinkles, creases, scratch-like, color variation in a form of fading from aging so it makes it look like different shades of jade, it gives it character and an awesome quality to it❣️Love the vintage look 👀 I do clean it regularly when I use it often, and I also condition it with a leather product to restore it’s beauty 💯❣️🥰 See the beauty of the Emerald case in my pictures 😍 Matches to perfection 💯🥰

If you drop your scribe there is 0% chance this case is going to stay on your scribe. I purchased the amazon kindle scribe brush print leather folio cover in September and it shows no sign of wear. However this New Amazon Kindle scribe Folio Cover- Premium Leather has a suede type finish and I was able to scratch this cover with my nail just taking it out of the box. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.

I don’t know that it’s worth the price, however it’s a good cover. The only thing I don’t love is that it’s only held on by magnetic backing so if you hold it by the folio only, the kindle can fall, and I’m curious if this magnet will lose attraction over time.

Absolute quality product.

I received a kindle scribe for Christmas and bought this premium leather case. I waited about 4 weeks to write this review as I wanted to assess carefully as there are so many negative reviewers. I can say, I love this folio. The leather is great, it gets a few scratches but the few scratches gives it a rustic look that I like. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend. The magnet holds the kindle in place very well. I tried taking a picture with my phone but the picture made the case look way more scratchy ( must be the light) than it is

I purchased this cover for my Kindle Scribe because I wanted a cover to protect my Scribe and without it, the Scribe is slippery and so (for me) easy to drop. I (foolishly) thought since it's an Amazon product, theirs should be the best fit/function for the Scribe - Boy was I wrong. First off - this is an electronic book/pad and so it intuitively should open to the side. I didn't realize how automatically I would try (and continue to try) to open it sideways, NOT flipping the cover over the top. Second, Even after forcing myself to flip the cover over the top of the Scribe, getting ahold of the thing isn't easy, nor is flipping it over. It's the same when closing it, getting ahold of the cover isn't easy and more than once, I dethatched the Scribe from the cover when trying to get ahold of the cover (it's held in place by magnets within the Scribe). Finally, after a few weeks I noted that the Scribe's pen began to slide out of the holder, which is a loop at the bottom of the cover. This, more than anything else caused me to trash this cover and purchase a $20 cover that flips from the side, has an internal pencil holder that leverages the Scribe's side magnetic attraction (but does this inside of the cover where the pen can't slip out). Lastly, while this cover is supposed to be leather - if it is, it's leather that has been processed so heavily that it feels like vinyl over plastic. Not something I would recommend, especially at the price they are selling it for. Oh ya - and the whole folding of the cover over to prop the Scribe up on a flat surface - why? I don't read that way or draw that way and so not something I would ever use it for. Good Luck.
