Tree was super easy to set up. I used regular hooks for the balls rather than the small zip ties that were included. The size is perfect for where I’m putting it because it’s slightly thinner than some trees. The lights are plenty bright and can be set to soft white or multi-colored.The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the remote. Once I went thru the 9 functions on the remote, the #1 no longer worked so I was unable to choose the soft white!! Very disappointed!UPDATE: I contacted Customer Service thru live chat and got an immediate solution!! Unplug to reset the controller and it worked!! More than happy with my tree , the company, and Customer Service!! Thank you all!!

Oh my Goodness I love love my tree. It's easy to assemble the money value is worth every cent. I love the quality if the tree. The Light quality is great its decorated nicely its easy clean up. I put candy canes and the balls that was given to me. About 4 of my balls was broken bit it didn't matter because I was so happy with what I got. The stability of the tree is good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the storage bag wasn't included. Yes you have to buy it and for the cost of the tree I was a little upset but as soon as I put it up and turned it on it was great and it looked great. I just put it back in the plastic it came in and put it back in the box.

Super easy set-up and take down. Great full look. Stores easy in tree bag (sold separately) . Light have many functions so it’s like a different tree when ever you want. The give you a lot of red bulbs which make this tree pop!

The tree does go up as easy as they say. Some more detailed instructions would have been nice like which side is up on the base legs and should it sit above the ground 4" and should it spin so easy or is it supposed to be fastened at the bottom somehow. Make sure you know where the top sticks into the stand before you lift the tree onto the poles because it's a little heavy to be holding it up with one hand while you're searching with the other for the piece to insert. Also the instructions for the remote are garbage. None of the buttons do what the instructions say they do. You'll just have to try them all and figure it out for yourself. Also an instruction saying pull the piece of plastic extending out of the remote because it keeps the battery from being used. Probably everyone has seen this before on something else, but maybe not. I would buy it again. Looks nice. Took me longer this time as I tried to figure things out (nothing really complicated) but next time probably two minutes from out of the box to completely up.

This tree took less than 3 minutes to set up. I'm still decorating it with the red Christmas decorations that came with it, but it looks great without them. There are several different lighting choices. As a bonus it will lay flat when the season is over and go right back in the box it came in. Storage will be a breeze. I highly recommend this tree.

The media could not be loaded. This tree looks better than any other pop up tree I have found. I love that it has a remote control, and you can change the lights from colored lights to soft white, and also change their blinking patterns. You can’t see through it like some of the other pop-up trees and it came out of the box looking great. I did use a hairdryer on low setting to straighten out some of the flowers and ribbons but other than that I didn’t have to do anything. This is one purchase that I am so very happy with. I bought it for the ease of set up and space saving storage. I would definitely recommend and I would buy again if I needed to. The only thing I wish it had was a storage case, but we will save the box and store it that way. 100% love it.

When the tree arrived I was very excited to put it up. Once I did I was very disappointed. The tree packaging was old because the tape holding bag the tree arrived in was so old it didn’t even stick. The tree did go up easily but once I had it up I noticed you could see right through the tree and the poinsettias were bent over and unable to be opened up. I returned the tree because of these issues.

The tree is absolutely beautiful and pretty easy to set up. However, the directions are incorrect, telling you to install the tree by pulling up from the bottom. I had to find a YouTube video which showed me how to correctly install it. You must start at the top and pull it down.
