According to the package label, there are 4 servings per box, 25 calories and 5 grams of carbs per serving. If you are following a Low Carb diet like I have been for over 3 years, I mix the sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix with 2 cups HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM - whisk by hand for between 2-3 minutes, then store in a covered container in the refrigerator. I serve it as a daily dessert with a mix of fresh strawberries, blackberries and raspberries (all VERY low carb fruits). I usually end up getting 6 servings out of one box Jell-O/one container HEAVY whipping cream. Consistency of the mixed pudding is fairly dense, like cheesecake. I have also found that consistency varies depending on the brand of heavy whipping cream used. I prefer using SUNNY SELECT brand whipping cream - I get the stiffest consistency using Sunny Select. Some of the other heavy whipping cream brands result in a more pudding-like consistency. Tastes the same, but I prefer the more cheesecake consistency.

I received the Jello very hot, and when I used it today, it didn’t set at all and never turned into jelly. It seems like the product didn’t work properly, possibly due to the heat during delivery.

Great taste and so fast and easy!

I was very happily surprised! Didn’t realize this was ‘instant’ until I mixed the milk! The taste was great! I wouldn’t have ordered instant but glad I did and I will continue using it now! So easy and fast! Hubby loved it!
