It's brilliant easy to warm up my house and maintains temperature depending.

Overall a great product , looks and works completely fine . I don’t know if it’s an issue with my unit or in general but it’s starting to trip now and turns off the heating and the fan stays on .

The worst heater in the market, weak and less effective. Plug head burns easily and doesn’t last up to 2 months

Bought this to heat the garage up over the winter, great value for money. Such a powerhouse of a heater, and the cool setting will be great in the summer too!

It did NOT last very long !!

Purchased in September 2022 and worked well for two winters as a top-up heater in really cold weather, or as a start-up on a cold morning before the central heating kicked in. Last winter it started to overheat and cut out regularly. By this winter it would only run for a minute or so before the overheat cut-out switched it off for up to 5 minutes and today (08 February 2026) it refused to restart. So a good heater in terms of efficiency when working, and reasonably quiet, but don't expect it to last long - although for the price it would perhaps hold its own in terms of full term value.

This product was delivered with the incorrect power plug!! So inconvenient. Have to send it back now for the second time.

Works perfectly

On the first run, it smells like burning rubber. I felt suffocated. Needed to open all the doors to let the air out, then i raised return request (which of course won't have a problem to begin with). Since its too cold, was forced to use it again, before posting. first 4 - 5 runs, it keep smelling like rubber. But eventually that bad smell is gone now. So decided to keep it rather return. its small size, auto off feature works well at number 2 and enjoying warmth

Absolutely stinks of chemicals. The body of the product reeks of chemicals. I tried running the heater in a well ventilated room to see if I could “burn” off whatever was causing the smell but even with all the windows open it stank out my house. I ended up with a terrible headache and returned the heater.
