I actually bought this for my Corgi. It works very well! The app is easy to use. It’s great value for the money. My dog likes to assault the feeder when she is impatient, but it has held up and has never broken. It is her best friend and also her worst enemy. She would be lost without it though.

I've been really happy with this! My first auto feeder. It was easy to set up, the portion size is great for my cats, I can see them eat on camera day or night. I could even add a voice recording so I can "call" them to come eat. The camera is great because I can tell if my big cat is eating my small cat's portion. I generally feed wet food, but I use this when I’m away for the evening, or for lazy mornings when I want them to quit bothering me so I can sleep in.

I'm not always a fan of downloading an app to set up a new device, but am glad I did. I dont write a lot of reviews either, but I am grateful for this product's ease of use, would bowls, and large food capacity. The feeding app is free, not another subscription. My only tiny difficulty was that I didn't have the large batteries for backup power on hand, and I wish the QR sticker for the feeding app had a white background instead of clear because I filled the feeder prior to this step and then couldnt get it to scan. (My bad.) I was able to peel it off and stick it on top and then all has been well for the past couple months of use! I have the feeder set up for some outdoor kitties and it has worked perfectly. The app is very user friendly, and I appreciate being able to feed them manually or EASILY adjust the feeding schedule when I am not home. I have the feeder tucked away behind my duck pen where it has been a difficult spot for house sitters to feed the shy outdoor cats, and now they don't have to do it. I like being able to pick a feeding size number and time on my phone instead of having to click through a bunch of buttons on the feeder like I did with a previous inside feeder. The 7L capacity is great. I got another one for my inside rescues for when I'm gone as well, but recommend actually using the wall mount for your playful cats since they immediately dumped it over when I did not. The structure of this product is sound and easy to clip together. The lid is easy to open and is secure where the animals wont remove it to binge eat. I really have no complaints other than my own impatience of making the QR code difficult for myself by pre filling with food. I don't know how long it lasts on batteries only since I used an extension cord as well as the battery back up.

This is my 2nd automatic feeder to try and I like it, the cats like it, it's working "well enough" (still testing all that out), so we're keeping it. The other one I sent back due to configuring issues but the configuring on this one works through the app on my phone so it is a little more dependable. It's very easy to put together and load the food, then close and lock the top. The app is a little more 'work' to get it configured to feed, but very intuitive so it only took a few minutes to get it all up and running. Since my cats were always fed separately because one of them is a thief, I had to move them closer together with their food bowls, switching from their former containers to the bowls that came with the feeder. Once they got the hang of that, I would feed them manually for a couple of days so eating at the feeder wouldn't traumatize them. Hey, they're cats. The only issue I've run into is that it's missed about 3 feedings in the 2 weeks I've had it programmed. On those occasions, when it's time to feed the feeder makes a sound but no food comes out so I have to either hit the manual button on the feeder or within the app and it'll release the food. Since that happened early on but hasn't since, I'm guessing it just had to settle into a regular function of releasing the food every time and/or it requires that there is more than enough food in the container to weigh down the food so that it is released. If it continues to work each and every time it's scheduled to release the food, I'll update my review with another star. Otherwise, the portions are perfect for my cats, the food capacity of the container is excellent and can feed them quite a long time without reloading, and everyone seems pretty happy with the feeder now.

I looked at DOZENS of these feeders and spent HOURS AND HOURS reading reviews. There were a few not so good reviews on this one , but I took a chance anyway. And I’m so glad I did ! We were looking for an automatic feeder with WiFi for our mostly outdoor cat. (Feral turned not so feral) I wanted a feeder that I could set up for when we go away and I could monitor how much food was being dropped and when. Trying to avoid feeding the neighborhood cats, possum, and there’s four raccoons that like to toss his food bowl around. We always have someone come feed him when we are away and spend time with him each day so he doesn’t think we left him. That being said, this feeder has exceeded all expectations! We recently went away for two weeks. This arrived 3 days prior to our trip - so I only tested it those few days before leaving. Very easy to set up. The portions are small (one portion is maybe a couple tablespoons) so just play around with the portion size and how many times a day to equal the amount your feeding. I set it up under the outdoor table on our porch and bungee chord it to the table leg in hopes of making it difficult for the raccoons to carry away. The lid locks tight ! I have trouble opening it myself ! I set my outdoor camera on it so I can view the feeder, who’s eating at it, and see if I need to manually drop food. Works flawlessly. The battery backup is perfect in case there’s a power outage. The cat sitter still came and checked to make sure the cat was ok , and the feeder was good. Yesterday we had an overnight stay at the hospital 2 hrs away for my husbands cancer treatment and I didn’t have to worry about the cat being fed this morning before getting home. If you’re on the fence about getting this , I say hit that order button !

Worked great until it didn’t! Won’t connect to WiFi and camera not working after less than 1 year and only used about 6 times. Tried reaching customer service with no luck. UPDATE!!! Customer service is great!! They worked with me and tried to get it working. It still didn’t work so they sent me a new one!! Highly recommend!!

This is my first time trying an automatic feeder. It works great and was very easy to set up. Customer service is also excellent. My two cats and I are very happy with this feeder.

Pros: Extremely easy to put together- I didn’t even look at the instructions which appeared to over complicate things. Nice quality and design for the price. Seamless app setup/ WiFi connection. Holds a generous amount of food. I have confidence my cats will not be able to find a way into the food reserve. Design makes it easy to remove bowls for regular cleaning. Cons: Suuuuuuuper limited app functionality. You can only set the number of feedings, day of the week, time, number of portions per feeding (this is where I have the most frustration- portions range from 0-30, not sure who would want to assign anything above 3 or 4 given that each portion is 1/8 cup which I only know because I had to measure the output myself- this is not documented anywhere in the manual, app, or product page. Additionally there is not option to select a 1/2 portion which would have been super useful for just giving a treat instead of a full meal so if I want to feed my cats 3 times a day I have to do 3 one portion meals instead of 2 2 portion meals and 1 1/2 portion meal. A half portion option would have gone a long way for owners watching weight). Additionally there is no option to set 2 different portions per feeding/per bowl so both your cats need to eat the same amount each feeding. I am also concerned about the consistency of food output given that within just the first few feedings food was not always distributed evenly between bowls AND during at least 2 feedings after several minutes a random amount of additional food released into just one bowl (again not great for owners watching weight). Features that included but I cannot speak to: slow release feedings (this doesn’t seem necessary when I’m only releasing 1/8 cup at a time) and scheduling without using the app. Overall I plan to keep this product instead of exploring alternatives as long as there aren’t significant food release issues over the next 30 days.

Distributeur utilisé depuis 1 mois. Il fonctionne à merveille! A été installé très facilement en 5 minutes. Il a nourri mes chats pendant mon absence et maintenant je continue à l’utiliser au quotidien. On peut programmer la distribution des croquettes ou servir le nombre de rations choisi manuellement.
