This adjustable dumbbell set is worth every single penny. Living in a space where a massive rack of traditional weights isn't an option, this set solved all my problems. The dial mechanism is incredibly smooth; you just turn it to your desired weight, click it into place, and lift. It takes literally two seconds to change weights between sets. Very good weight set, practical and good for on the road, well set for a compact exercise space, have most of the variety for body building or just keeping your shape, the only thing I dislike is the screw and unscrew of the lock nut, it takes its time if your switching weights back and forth but otherwise very good, excellent price! The material is very well made, the handle offers and good grip and comfortable area, the padded area offers good cushion for the back area when doing squats, also no lingering smell comes from the padded area, so no sweat smell from the padded area. Rod is made from a high quality material and supports the plates weight very well, so no bending is noted when all weights are put together.

It's been decades since companies did trial and error when developing gym equipment. It's like this company went back to the stone age to get their ideas. Every time you want to change out your weights higher or lower on the dumbells or curl bar, it literally takes you 5 minutes to screw off the caps just to add or remove weight, and then another 5 minutes to screw the caps back on. 1/3 of your workout is sitting on the ground just changing out your weights. Not only that, but every day you workout is a forearm workout. You can't get around it, because your literally engaging your forearms each time you have to remove or add weight and screw off and on the caps. Again, a third of your workout is literally always focused on your forearms. Why they didn't think to make quick release caps that allowed you to slide weights on and off instantly is beyond me. Don't waste your money on these.

My husband bought these for my birthday (at my request) and I love this set! Very easy to set up, and I am able to quickly switch between dumbbells and a barbell at the weights I prefer. The padding in the center of the bar is great for balancing the bar on your shoulders. The only possible issue is that the bar isn't as long as a standard in the gym. The size is perfect for me but might be too short for others, so make sure to check the measurements!

I wanted to like this set, and bought it on Black Friday. Its not bad if you don't want to spend the Monday on adjustable dumbbells. I just had a hard time as if you are switching weights a lot between exercises, its becomes a pain to unscrew the bolt/nut and then screw it back on again. And then do the same for the second dumbbell. I don't like too much rest time between exercises, and for this reason it did not make sense for me.

I bought these as a gift for a 16 year old boy. He loves them and has no complaints. The bolts do not come loose like other brands.

After weeks of using it, it was very nice. Since I gained a muscle that's fast. That's why I highly recommend this product if you want to look more masculine. But the only problem was that the barbell was too small, like it's hard to lift that if I'm doing shoulder exercises.
