The Aeropress makes it so easy to produce a fresh brew coffee, with the following provisos: 1. Make sure the grind is not too fine, as if is the water will just go straight through. The difficulty when buying ground coffee is that there is no agreed grind value, it is a bit of a lottery. 2. I use the metal filter (which is an additional product), but that simplifies the cleaning and reduces the need to buy filter papers. 3, Don’t be put off by the first pour starting to go through into the cup, keep pouring till the water level is at the top of the tube, then put in the plunger and push. 4. Taste - depends on the type of coffee you buy, but it is smooth and very tasty. 5. The coffee mug that you get, the lid looks as though it screws on - it doesn’t, it just slides on and off. 6. The only other thing is using the stirrer that you get - use it before you put the plunger on, it will add to the flavour of your cup of coffee. I love the design and simplicity of use, and the cup of coffee I get each morning.

Fabulous product - it all fits into the cup which is quite large and a bit heavy, but great. Keeps hot and cold and am in Crete with it at the moment - love it. Coffees done perfectly and with easy. I reuse the paper filter countless numbers of times after a rinse each time Couldn’t get the colour from aeropress directly but love everything about it

Makes a really good cup of coffee and I love the design aesthetics. Very easy to clean and packs up neatly to carry in my rucksack. There is a handy compartment at the bottom of the mug to hold the spare filter papers. Unfortunately, several times I have washed the mug forgetting to empty it and soaking the filter papers. They do dry out but it is a bit of a hassle. Hence my 4 star rating.

Terrific, my partner takes this to work n he loves it. Easy yo make n better than instant. Stays warm for ages. Bit expensive but so worth it. Good quality.

I bought this for a Christmas pressie and my son is really happy with it

Bought for hiking, its a bit heavy which makes it a huge luxury to stow in your pack round a long trek when you’ve cut down the handle of your tooth brush to save 20 grammes……

To start with, the Aeropress makes great coffee. I bought this to take camping with me, as nothing starts the day better than a good coffee. It is easy to use and clean. I am impressed with the thought that has gone into the design so that the Aeropress fits neatly into the travel mug, that includes a filter holder in the base. If I did have one small criticism, it would be that the whole package seems a little heavy.

Egal ob Mahlgrad, Wassertemperatur oder Ziehzeit man kann jeden Brew so fein justieren, dass man wirklich das Maximum aus jeder Bohne herausholt. Selbst wenn man mal einen Kaffee erwischt, der einem eigentlich nicht so zusagt, kann man durch die Anpassung der Parameter (z. B. etwas kühleres Wasser oder gröberer Mahlgrad) immer noch ein top Ergebnis in die Tasse zaubern. Die Vielseitigkeit ist unschlagbar: Zuhause: Mein tägliches Ritual für den perfekten, klaren Geschmack. Im Büro: Kompakt, schnell und vor allem extrem leicht zu reinigen (der berühmte "Puck-Drop" in den Mülleimer). Unterwegs: Alles passt in das mitgelieferte System, robust und durchdacht. Wer seinen Kaffee schwarz und pur liebt und gerne das volle Potenzial der Bohne schmecken möchte, kommt an der AeroPress nicht vorbei. Für mich gibt es keinen Grund mehr, irgendwo schlechten Kaffee zu trinken. Absolute Kaufempfehlung! 😏

Very good and quite satisfying, only the lid on the tumbler will leak if it is tilted or upside down. Regardless, this is still a very good product.

I was looking for the original aeropress and was quite skeptical about the product. Nevertheless this is genuine product and it works good. Been more than 2 months into use.

I like the design and the portability! However, for the price of the product, you would expect the drinking spout to be airtight when closed to prevent leaking but you guessed it already, it isn’t. Furthermore, putting the AeroPress flow control cap on does not allow the top to close properly in “travel” mode, as the height is too big. This feature is important because while travelling (e.g., hiking), this flow cap is essential to prevent unnecessary coffee leaking during the extraction process. I also really miss a screw-on cap. It’s advertised as a “to-go” travel variant, but the combination of a leaking drinking spout and the absence of a proper screw cap means it starts leaking very easily. At best, I would recommend it for short commutes, but in my opinion it’s not truly “travel-worthy.” All in all, I find the product a bit disappointing. The price-quality ratio is on the lower end, even though the product has a lot of potential.
