One teaspoon (5g) of powder makes around 2 cups (500ml) of slippery massage gel. Mix with warm water, stir gently, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens. Only mix what you need per session and dispose of any leftover.

Is sodium polyacrylate safe? I've heard it's not natural.
