I purchased two carbon wallets with engraved coin pocket approximately one month ago. One was for me, the other for my husband. I loved it (5 stars). He hated it (2 stars), and wanted me to return them both! As you can see, I am doing a weighted average of the two opinions! :D He loved the concept and design, and the multifunction card, but found it very unpractical to take cards out and put them back in. I instead, find it quite practical. The main difference between us, I think, is that I play Poker, he doesn’t. I currently hold 10 cards plus the multifunction card. I use the black silicone band. I am able to push the deck of cards out just enough to fan the cards out and pick the one I need. Of course, I keep the ones I use the most at the two edges of the deck. It works very well for me in every situation. I love it. Perhaps not as practical is the coin wallet. Coins tend to interfere a bit with handling the cards (perhaps that’s just a matter of practice too). Also the 2CHF coin, which is the one I would need here to get grochery carts and similia, is too large and doesn’t fit (all euros fit though). That is the main use I would make of the coin pocket, and I think it’s a neat idea to have that pocket. Coins are secluded enough that you don’t use them unless you really need them, and that really helps you keep those crucial ones always with you when you need them! Bottom line, I recommend this item hands down! Especially if you have a bit of manual skills! :)

Finde es super! Da ich sehr selten Bar Bezahle, fand ich mein bisheriges Portmonaie einfach zu groß. Ich hab dann dieses hier mal ausprobiert und finde es echt super. Den ersten Tag war es etwas lästig aber jetzt habe ich mich an die Benutztung gewöhnt und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Negativ finde ich aktuell nur, das wenn man mal Kleingeld in das entsprechende Fach packt, sich das Portmonaie in eine Rassel verwandelt. Das Fach hätte innen gepolstert werden sollen. Abgesehen davon, bin ich zufrieden und kann es jedem empfehlen der selten Bar bezahlt und auchbnicht übermäßig viele Karten besitzt.

An sich ist die Idee, ein Portmonee in Miniformat rauszubringen gar nicht übel. Das wurde in dieser Wallet auch interessant umgesetzt, allerdings bleibe ich nach ein paar Tagen Probezeit doch lieber bei einem konventionellen Portmonee. Zunächst mal muss man ziemlich fingerfertig sein, um eine Karte da raus zu fischen, Mal eben schnell an der Kasse funktioniert bei mir leider nicht so toll, weshalb ich die Giro-Karte direkt nach ganz vorne geordnet habe. Das mit dem Münzfach ist auch eine nette Idee, allerdings klappern die Münzen ziemlich laut darin herum, was beim gehen unheimlich stört. als letzten Kritikpunkt muss ich anbringen, dass das Etui trotz des kleinen Formats unheimlich schwer ist, gefühlt doppelt so schwer wie meine Ledergeldbörse. Als Gadget sicher cool, aber für mich zum Alltagsgebrauch leider nichts.

Um an die Karten ran zu kommen, braucht man Geschick und Übung. Die Karten werden heftig aufeinandergepresst und gegeneinander verschoben - dadurch verkratzen sie und erhabene Prägungen werden abgewetzt. Das Kleingeld rauszuholen ist schwierig.

Ich fand es schwer ab einer gewissen Anzahl von Karten, immer die richtige zu finden. Habe mir den funktinelleren iclip gekauft.
