I love these.I got them because my functional medicine doctor suggested them for a dual purpose- help with some constipation and also relax my muscles before bed.They work for both issues.It isn’t immediate for constipation like the liquid version is but it does help move things along. And it does help relax your body at night to fall asleep faster too.They are not super soft like the candy gummy bears but they aren’t hard to chew either. They taste great as well.
