Q: I used it for my pond 1 week ago. The ammonia value is from 0.25 to 1.00，Today, the ammonia is 4.00 Is this normal?

Ammo lock will not reduce the ammonia levels, however, it does make the ammonia non-toxic when used. Your current ammonia level of 4.00 is extremely high, which can compromise the immune system of your fish due to high stress levels caused by the ammonia levels in your pond. Kindly note your fish should only be fed once to twice a day in small increments and must be consumed within the first 5 minutes or less, left over food will cause an increase in ammonia levels as well as run off after a rainstorm. Please be sure your filteration is sufficient for the quantity of fish as well as the pond capacity, bio balls should be implemented in your filteration system since they will capture the bacteria. Q: Since high phosphate and ammonia levels cause green water, will using Ammo-Lock clear cloudy pond water caused by excess fish waste?

I use this mainly for the high ammonia in our water , and of course fish waste . I also vacuum to get rid of the waste. I don't think it will clear the water , I use a filter system for that .

Q: Is this product still usable if it freezes ?
