Beautiful set of books! My daughter is a big reader & HP fan, she is going to love this set.

From the description on Amazon I was not sure if this was US or UK edition. But I wanted a collectors box set and did not mind which it was so I went for this. This is the US edition. The set arrived promptly, the trunk is quite a flimsy cardboard for the price but very pleasent. Fortunately it arrived very well packaged as I imagine it could take some damage pretty easily. However it is a very nice touch to the set and looks great. The books are very well sealed inside the trunk, and are good quality hard backs. The cover illustrations and illustrations at the beginning of each chapter are lovely. I am not sure what it means by box set 1-7 with sticker as there were no stickers in mine. As a twenty something collector this not bother me but maybe dissapointing to a child. Although the books are more than enough for a nice treat. I really think this item would look great in a kids bedroom too as the trunk it comes in does complete the set nicely.

The Trunk style box and stickers are a lovely touch to the product, and make it worthwhile. However, the covers (which I assume are the American ones?) and paper are slightly disappointing. I have previously owned the Bloomsbury set, which I think have rather more attractive and fitting cover art, and are printed on thick paper, which seems like quite a contrast to these books. If you are used to the American books, then I would say it is a very good buy for the trunk, but if you are used to the Bloomsbury editions- you may be disappointed.

Even though you think you are ordering the UK version of the books, they are the US version. The picture makes the box look like it is made of wood, but it is only a poorly crafted/painted cardboard box. Not what you think for the price! The return process was very easy.

This is, in my opinion, the best edition of Harry Potter ever. It can't be easily bought separately anymore, so we bought it in the box. The box is thin cardboard, one of the handles came off immediately, the box itself it a little squished. We bought it for the books thought, so the box had to go, but if you want a box, I'd be careful.

Encantada, era un regalo para mi hija y le encantó los libros en inglés con sus tapas duras como colección y mas con su cofre donde vienen todos los libros... un muy buen regalo
