NEOS II Electric Toothbrush with Water Flosser Combo, Pearl White

I purchased the black model about a week ago (1/5/26) to replace my 6-year-old Sonic Fusion 2.0. My review is based upon this unit itself, not upon the comparison between the two, although I will go into that as well. So far, it appears to be a good product, well build and easy to use. Buttons are well laid out for my big hands, and the charger works well. The second button for the Quick Floss, seems to be a bit finicky and doesn’t always turn on immediately. I am hoping it is just me learning it and not a product problem... only time will tell. Really like how it is an all-in-one unit and easy to keep clean. Also, great that is portable, just drain it well, wipe it off and toss it into my travel bag. My Sonic took up a lot of room near the sink and accumulated gunk under the brush unit. The brush that I first used was a little stiffer than my Sonic provided, and I prefer the stiffer brush. The signal it uses to change brushing to a new area is great and I always feel/hear it. My hearing isn’t real good and I almost always missed the Sonic signal. The water reservoir is small and doesn’t hold much water, so it won’t last through a complete Quick Floss cycle. Secondly, the water cap that must be removed from the bottom is flimsy, hopefully it will last. However, if it doesn’t, (and I am out of warrantee), I’m going to just glue it closed and put water in from the bottom. The water pulses are ‘ok’, and I am only so-so on that because the Sonic with the big tank spoiled me. I used an ‘8’ on the Sonic and it really did a great job of removing debris. If I had not had the Sonic prior to this, I would probably not have known any better. Lastly, I am glad I chose a black model as the water spots do not show like the did on the white Sonic. My wife says it doesn’t fit the bathroom decor, but I keep the unit under the sink so she doesn’t see it when I am finished. So would I buy it again? Probably so, will give it some more thought after I use it for a year.

UPDATE- I’m very impressed with how professionally this company handled my concerns. They reached out to me directly by email, were extremely professional and helpful, and sent me a brand-new toothbrush to replace the original one. The replacement has worked without fail thus far, and I’ve been very pleased with its performance. I really appreciate the company’s responsiveness and the steps they took to correct the issue. Their customer service and willingness to make things right definitely made a difference in my experience. It seemed like a great idea, and because I believed it was a quality product, I decided to spend the extra money and give it a try. It worked well at first, but within just a few months the water flosser/spray feature completely stopped working. The toothbrush still functioned, but the main feature I paid the premium for failed in less than a year. What made the experience even worse was trying to contact the company. I searched everywhere for customer support or warranty assistance and could not find a practical way to get help which is typically an easy process on amazon. Save your money and purchase a reliable brand like Oral-B or another reputable manufacturer. My previous toothbrush lasted over 10 years from oral b. This one cost significantly more because of the 2-in-1 feature, yet the feature that justified the price failed in under a year, and I tried to reach out for assistance with the company but there is no accessibility to customer support. It simply isn't worth the money.

This brush works great. Pros: Nice brushing action Four 30 second sections helps with timing (I had one that had 2 minute timer but you never knew where you were time wise) Water pik works well Great that they are combined Cons: Easy to hit power button while brushing, but you quickly learn how to hold it so it doesn't happen. It isn't flat on back so you can't set it on counter and apply toothpaste. This makes it awkward.

Update: Soocas support team reached out to me about my purchase of the soft bristle heads from their official website and I decided to share details from my amazon review of the overall toothbrush. Suprisingly, they offered to upgrade my toothbrush with no questions asked. The NEOS II Ultra performs just as good as the NEOS II with some bonus features. The biggest takeaway is sound, the Ultra is a bit quieter however, if you're looking for a more affordable option I think you'd be just as happy with this earlier model. What I took away from all of this is that Soocas stands behind the quality of their product, they truly honor their warranty, and it's apparent they appreciate their customers. The toothbrush is a 10/10 and their customer service is equally matched. Obviously it's one of a kind in the electric toothbrush market but now it's a stand out brand I'll trust with my lifelong oral care. It has been two months since use and my teeth are visibly cleaner and whiter, it truly looks like I've gotten a professional clean after every brushing. **This review isn't incentivized because I could've just taken my new toothbrush and left the original review.** Original Review: I think this product is great but I do have a few issues. From a marketing and sales perspective I think that they should sell this model with the soft bristle head. I threw away the original brush heads due to them being too abrasive and had to separately purchase the soft ones. I've been using it for 2 months straight and the images on the button are already fading, not a deal breaker but something I'm not too happy with. From an oral hygiene perspective I wish they would've made the brushing/flossing combo start with water flossing and end with brushing since it's recommended not to rinse after brushing. My biggest issue is within the past week I've noticed the water flossing button sticking. Hopefully it doesn't get permanently stuck because I am not sure if they offer a warranty with amazon purchases. Otherwise, you can't beat the duality of this toothbrush and my teeth feel like they've gotten a professional clean every night I use it.

Love this item. Wouldn’t do it early mornings though; it’s a bit loud.

Battery life is great. I charged it when I first received it and it’s been a month and i haven’t had to recharge yet. My teeth l clean and I love the built in water floss. Super convenient. Pricy, but worth it The only thing that would make it better is a two minute charger

After 1 1/2 years of use. The control (buttons) don’t work so well: they are too sensitive and start the floss spray all over the place. Now you have to do complete 2 minutes of brushing before doing floss spray and let this completely stop on it own also. Otherwise you will have problems getting the brushing to stay on or even to have the flossing to stay on. It goes on and off. The buttons seem to be sticking at times which maybe part of the problems causing the buttons to not work well? Otherwise I like this!

The toothbrush is good and convenient with the water pick together, but the brush head is small

Bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Reinigung ist einfach. Akku hält sehr lange. Schall kann man seinen eigenen Bedürfnissen an stärke anpassen ( 3 Stufen). An die Munddusche musste ich mich erst rein fuchsen das bedarf etwas Übung gefällt mir aber Mega. Verwende meine Mundspülung dafür. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes putz Ergebnis und was lange anhält! Kann die Zahnbürste nur empfehlen würde aber beim nachkaufen des Bürstenkopfes die Weicheren Borsten nehmen da diese doch recht fest sind ( nutze nur weiche Borsten).

I’m very pleasantly surprised by this toothbrush.I’ve used a Waterpik for years because I don’t like traditional floss, and I also use an electric toothbrush. Both work great, but since I travel a lot for work, bringing two separate devices is a big hassle. I’ve always wished there were something that could combine both — and this toothbrush does exactly that. It provides both electric brushing and water flossing in one device, and it feels really good to use. The cleaning is deep and effective, similar to using my regular electric toothbrush and Waterpik at home.The battery is supposed to last up to a month. I’ve been using it for about 10 days so far without charging, and it’s still going strong. The water tank is a bit small, so I usually need to refill it twice for a full deep clean, but that’s not a big issue for me.Overall, it’s a great all-in-one toothbrush, especially for frequent travelers.

Amazingly clean, works easily, my teeth are clean and feel clean. Just bought one for my wife and about to buy one for my son. This product is outstanding and has exceeded my expectations. Pricey? Yes - but it more than delivers.
