I wanted a natural fabric softener. I didn't want to be ripped off! First thing is 50 oz. Equals 50 loads! Are you serious 1 oz per wash load! Then I have to add water to there product too. The first ingredient was water! What a joke and not worth the price at all for a small bottle.

It smells wonderful. The softener is very watery, like too much water was added, and I followed the directions. The softener itself is good, the bottle on the other hand sucked hence the 3 stars. The bottle leaked at the seem and when I shook the bottle per the instructions, it spilled everywhere. Reached out to customer service and they never responded. I just needed a new bottle it was an easy fix, but they never responded. Will not purchase again. Will go back to Molly's Suds.

It was interesting to recieve an empty bottle with just a small packet of softner. It was easy to fill the container pour in the packet Shake and put in to the first load of laundry. The smell is super pleasant in the jug, however you cant smell it as much after the clothes have dried. It left the clothes relatively soft, however not as soft as a more toxic option. Overall I’m happy with the value of this softener and the fact that it’s a low toxic option. I should add I didn’t break out when handling this laundry- If I’ve used hard chemical softener before I break out into hives all over, this did no such thing!
