Great for ginger and horseradish
I use this along with the "VOVOLY Professional Zester Grater Slider attachment" to grate ginger, horseradish, and other hard-to-grate foods. I had bee using a microplane but the result was too fine and it was more mush than particles. This thing is great and the slider attachment keeps you from grating your fingers.

Nice and sharp. Well priced.
Nice and sharp, and much better priced than similarly popular brand product. Could be a bit stiffer so that the grater doesn't get pressed down at all when applying pressure on it while grating. Otherwise the coarseness level is just right for grating parmesan. (Finer grate would produce very feathery parmesan, which is not what I'm looking for.)

It's SHARP Grates perfectly.
I use extra old cheddar cheese or other hard cheeses in baking of meals. I was looking for a medium course grater that would quickly do cheeses. This grater is comfortable in the hand, the perfect size to fit on a plate to collect the grated product, and easy to clean. I've had less expensive and box graters and moved away from them to this style because of functionality and performance. Highly recommended.
