Code Problem/Only works with key after a week
The buttons stopped working after 5 days all it does it sit in the closet so there is no reason for it to just stop working . Iโve tried changing the battery and everything and for some reason I will not work unless I use the key. The code just does not open the lock only the key does

good kids step up safe...
This safe is good started for kids. I wouldn't put anything more valuable as the metal is thin and lock mechanism is basic. Love the fact that there is backup key so if kids screw up password I can unlock and fix it. Its definitely a step up from the plastic safe they have.. I can also use this for a greeting cards or donations at the fare. You can bold it to anything thru back holes and keep it locked up.
