Allows me to get a lot further from the tower and clear audio, it’s very long so be mindful of that but the value is there 10/10 functions perfectly and as intended

Well made highly recommended, sent back my fault for a Yaesu FT70D i needed different one. The SRH77CA INSTEAD OF RH77CA They CYA. BY SAYING “may not fit certain radios” Called DX ENGINEERING received immediate confirmation which would fit…. If it say may not fit…do your homework

Well worth the price!
I have a sds100 and for my area this antenna works great. I bought I remtronix 920s and 820s and they were double the price and I returned them. Note: Everything depends on your area what works for me might not work for you. I just felt I should give this a great review for the price, build and works great on simulcast and dmr.

Well built, but took a whole month for delivery.

Good fit and performance
A few other bnc antenna were wobbly on my Whistler 1040 scanner. The fit was much more stable. Connected to my HT with sma adapter and the reception was slightly better than my other antennas of similar length.
