Happy wife happy life
My wife suffered from lack of sleep and difficulty falling asleep. Just one night using this supplement and my wife has never slept so well. This product saved my wife, and our marriage ( happy wife, happy life).

Good for constant thinkers
This worked really well for me. I have always said that the difficulty that I have with getting to sleep is calming my mind and thoughts. This definitely did the trick and I have been able to get to sleep. The bottle instructions recommend you take it somewhere around 30 minutes to an hour before you go to bed. MY RECOMMENDATION for loud and constant thinkers like myself: For your first time, take it, and go straight to bed. Don't take it 30 minutes to an hour before you go to bed and do something before you go to bed. Try taking it and going straight to bed, letting your mind calm as you lay in bed till you fall asleep. Just so that it feels normal and your thoughts aren't fighting the sleep aid.

Finally Found a Better Sleep Aid – No More Grogginess!
For years, I relied on Tylenol PM to help me sleep, but it always left me feeling groggy and foggy the next morning. After switching to Magnesium Sleep Aid, I’ve finally found a solution that works. I’ve been using it every night for the past two months, and it’s made a huge difference! I can now fall back to sleep easily when I wake up in the middle of the night and sleep soundly until morning. Best of all, I don’t experience the grogginess or foggy feeling I used to get with Tylenol PM. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a natural, effective sleep aid!

Works well but be warned of melatonin
I just want to warn people, the magnesium glycinate really helps me stay asleep which is why I wanted to take this to begin with. Be warned though it has melatonin in it and though I slept well, I had a melatonin hangover the next day where I just felt super groggy. If you are sensitive towards taking melatonin, I’d recommend getting some magnesium glycinate that does not contain melatonin

Morning Grog
I don't know if it's because I tend to sleep later (and keep myself awake longer at night) but I end up waking up quite groggy if I take the full dose. However, I take it about 30min to 1 hour before bedtime and it feels like a more natural progression to help me fall asleep. So I would if you have better sleep hygiene than me, it works very well at easing you to sleep and keeping you asleep!

VERY DISAPPOINTING
I am a little bit skeptical of natural sleep aids… I am a Dr. I do like the idea of natural sleep aids, compared to benzodiazepines or amnesiacs. I tried these hoping for the best…. It was honestly like taking a placebo for me… I have also tried melatonin, Unisom, Benadryl and Dramamine. None of these has even made me slightly groggy, and I know that each person‘s body chemistry is different, but I was really hoping the magnesium would work.
