Great for Windows and Mac with 3 or more connected screens
I have been using this dock for a little over 3 months. I bought it when my Caldigit TS3+ stopped working after over 4 years. This dock has been just about perfect. I have two 1920x1080 monitors, a portable usbc monitor at 1920x1200 and a 4k Samsung Odyssey G7 that runs at 165Hz through this dock. I needed a setup that will work with my 2020 16inch MacBook Pro with Intel processor and my Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 from about 6 months ago. This dock works great with both. True extend on to all attached monitors and the laptop screen showing. If you need a dock that works great for both Mac and Windows and you are trying to connect more than 3 exterior monitors this is it.

It works for my Windows laptop and Macbook Air (1 laptop screen and 2 external monitors)!
I love this docking station! It works well with both my company laptop, a Lenovo T14s (Windows), and my personal laptop, a MacBook Air (macOS, M3 chip).- Windows: Just plug and play — I get a total of three displays (the laptop screen plus two external monitors).- macOS: To achieve the same triple-monitor setup, I installed DisplayLink by following this guide. Everything works seamlessly after that. Occasionally, DisplayLink doesn’t start automatically; when that happens, I simply unplug and replug the dock into my MacBook Air, and it works again. One thing I tried that didn’t work was connecting the two external monitors via the Thunderbolt ports (using DP cables and DP-to-USB-C adapters) instead of the HDMI ports. DisplayLink couldn’t properly detect the monitors in that setup. I’m not sure if the issue was due to the adapter I used (USB-C to DisplayPort Adapter 4K@60Hz) or if DisplayLink requires the monitors to be connected via HDMI to initialize correctly.

Works right out of the box
This is my 2nd dock from pluggable - the first one was a smaller version. Since I had the driver already loaded from the first pluggable dock, this new dock worked seamlessly as soon as I plugged it in. I have tried others from other companies selling on Amazon and they just dont work as well as pluggable - this saves me a lot of pain and it really works right out of the box. Just make sure you follow the directions of setting up and they provide a cable that has to be used from the pluggable device to your Macbook. My Macbook with the M1 chip does not allow multiple windows on external terminals but pluggable has figured out how to view different windows through the installation fo their driver which enables the viewing of different windows on different terminals. This model allows 4 external terminals and I have attached two external monitors and my larger screen TV, which I had to use the display link port on the pluggable and not the HDMI - this is done to stream on TV as well if you want to - if you use HDMI ports on the pluggable that will not allow you to stream on the TV - and for that matter it wont allow streaming on my my two monitors that I have connected through HDMi ports to the pluggable dock. It's a minor inconvenience but it has to do with copyrights I assume with the streaming channels and probably Apple, once you install the driver that is required to run the pluggable dock. To hook the TV to the pluggable you will have to purchase a cable that has an HDMI outlet on one end to plug into the TV and a USB C outlet on the other end to connect into the display link pluggable connection. A great buy and a fantastic product!

Great product, but even better customer service.
Originally purchased on Cyber Monday, the item I received had been an open/used product missing cables and booklets. I was highly disappointed. I contacted Plugable's customer service immediately. Turns out, they have some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! The rep assigned to me was very polite, professional, and understanding. He mentioned that sometimes Amazon just cycles through returned products for some reason, and that's not in the hands of Plugable. However, Plugable immediately shipped me a brand new, unopened product along with a shipping label for me to print out to take to UPS to return the original item. Unfortunately, I had to print the label at UPS (which cost nearly $5 for a piece of paper...). I notified the customer service rep of that, and he sent me a refund for the label, too! Most companies can learn from Plugable on how to do customer service correctly. As for functionality of the product, it has worked extremely well for me. It does get warm, so I have it elevated on a tray to let air circulate, and I would say that's the only issue I have with the product. Currently running a usb-c to HDMI and a usb-c to DP from 2 of 3 usb-c ports, and have no issues on either monitor while having the TB4 plugged in my M3 Macbook Pro Max. I am planning on getting more monitors which is why I went with this particular model.Great product, and even better customer service. Will purchase more in the future!

Excellent dock
Finally the dock I needed for multiple USBC monitors on my MacBook pro. Pricey, but only thing I've found that could handle my requirements

30 Days in and power supply failed
I bought this product exactly 30 days ago because of the number of USB C ports to handle video and audio. Paying $300~. The power supply went, it was actually causing my APC to short out on battery, took all the equipment off, took the dock and the plug to another room wall outlet, plugged it in, the thing popped in my hand (physically shook) and caused the the switch to flip at the breaker. Needless to say it doesn’t work now. I’m returning to Amazon but debating on purchasing another (wondering if this is going to happen again, in 30 days).
