Apple Car play works without any break in communication
I was a bit sceptical as ordering a lead for your USB to iPhone for Nissan car seems to be fraught with failure and other leads I had tried failed. This worked perfectly and Apple Car play works without any break in communication. If you are not sure, I would go for this one - I got the black lead which also looks better.

Perfect for Apple CarPlay
I brought this specifically to connect my phone to my car for Apple CarPlay after trying 2 other options (including the Apple-provided charger cable with a USB-USC adapter,) all of which failed to work consistently and I’m glad to say that this works without issue! CarPlay kicks in within a few seconds of plugging my phone in and I’ve had no issues with lost connections on long journeys or during shorter trips.
