We test each and every case in a pressurized machine that simulates the water pressure of the maximum allowed depth of the ProShot Dive Case (130 feet / 40 meters).

What happens if I break my phone?

ProShot offers a 12-month plan on all products, including iPhones. Get a free replacement case if yours breaks within the first year. If your iPhone is damaged due to a defective ProShotCase, we'll replace or reimburse you for a new one.

Do I have to use the App in order to film underwater?

The 'ProShotCase' App is essential to use for all underwater photography. Your volume buttons become camera controls, allowing you to switch between camera modes (photo, video, selfie, slomo, timelapse, etc.), and capture footage saved to your phone.

How do you Zoom in & out / access the Wide-Angle camera?

Within the 'ProShotCase' app, you can long-hold the volume (+) button to zoom in (to 5.0x), or long-hold the volume (-) button to zoom out and access your ultra wide-angle lens. For easy guidance, the case includes a QR linking to app tutorials.
