what length is this item

Sorry I’m away for a few weeks but I think it’s between 24-30 inches. It was a true godsend when I had a knee replaced and definitely helped me through the recovery

What is the maximum weight that the leg lifter can safely manage?

I know of no weight limit on a 'Leg Up'. The straps appear to be stronger than those on my hoist. I'm not sure if it is designed to take full body weight, I believe it is designed to assist moving my legs onto the bed or another position. I also use two 'Leg Ups' for leg exercises, doing steps, exercising my legs and arms.

Is the loop big enough to lift both feet/legs at the same time?

The aperture of the leg lifter is 19cm/7.5", Therefore I think this would be too small to put both feet into.
