The couch is very firm yet comfortable which is the way I like it. It doesn't feel like you're going to hit the ground when you sit in it. It took a while to break in and get things moving smoothly on it. It was extremely easy to put together and one could do it without the instructions but they do help. It only took a few minutes to get it set up and ready to go. Once I put everything together, I did notice that one of the backs would not "click" into place. My wife and I attempted to get it to click into place together for about 10-15 minutes and finally gave up on it. It doesn't seem to have a negative effect on the backs though. The couch it replaced didn't have backs that clicked either and they worked just fine. After finishing the setup, I sat on the left side of the couch (when looking at the couch) and unsuccessfully attempted to open the footrest several times. It kept stopping because it was hitting something hard. My wife observed and noticed that the opening mechanism was hitting itself on some of the framework. Once I was able to get it open, I wasn't able to close it for the same reason. After grabbing the metal mechanism of the footrest on both sides, and giving it a good hard torque (twist and pull/push) in the direction that it needed to go to work properly, I was able to get everything lined up perfectly and it works perfectly. The center back when laid down to be a cup holder/table leans forward a bit and is not level but that's not a big problem at all. The drawer under the center seat could have a stop installed on the back so you cannot unintentionally pull the drawer out of the couch. To add something that would stop it from being able to be unintentionally pulled out all the way yet allow you to pull a lever to intentionally take it out for cleaning or getting something under the couch would be a nice addition. Overall, the couch is smaller than our other couch and that's a nice thing. It is a beautiful addition to our family room. It looks amazing and it wasn't too heavy to move around and work with while installing the pieces. I love the fact that it sits me firmly upright when the leg rests are down and it's not pushing my head forward with an oversized cushion. I like being able to lean my head back to rest and have my neck and head firmly supported. My kids, wife and I love the couch and we plan on purchasing one more in the near future and will purchase more in the future when these wear out.

My wife bought this loveseat recliner for our home last month. Honestly, it's incredibly comfortable without sacrificing support. My two kids absolutely love playing on it. Plus, the recliners on both sides are easy to operate, and the center backrest is dual-purpose, backrest or coffee table. The gray couch looks really upscale overall! Best of all, assembly was a breeze—it took my wife just 20 minutes to put all four packages together. I've since bought another set for my office and even took a nap on it—it's so relaxing! Highly recommended!

Received all 4 boxes today replacing our loveseat with a 3 seater reclining sofa in our RV. Delivery came earlier than expected. Installation was easy. So far so good. Seems comfortable. Fits nicely in our 5th wheel. We were pleasantly surprised that even the manual model came with USB capabilities. Seems a good value for the money. Sofa went on sale after we purchased it but before it was delivered and rather than having to return and reorder for the discount seller was helpful and quick to respond offering us a refund for the difference.

We really like this reclining sofa, but it’s very challenging to assemble! You need a couple strong people, because it is heavy! The instructions are not very clear, so it took the two of us about two hours to complete it. But the fabric is very soft and it’s super comfortable! The navy blue is a nice, dark color and the reclining mechanism is smooth. It’s also longer than some recliners. My feet don’t hang off the end at all and I am 5’7”. I like the cup holders too, and it even looks nice on the backside. Very happy with it!

On a budget, I grabbed this 3-seat recliner sofa for my living room, and honestly, I'm super happy with it. First off, delivery went smoothly—except 4 boxes were delivered over two days, no other issues at all. Assembly was a breeze, and the recliner is soft enough that when I lie down on it, I feel completely relaxed. Also the loveseat couch looks pretty classy that it goes really well with the overall style of my home. The storage feature really sealed the deal for me, which has one drawer, two side pockets, and two cup holders. The living room is much tidier now. And the best part? Their customer service is amazing! No matter when I reached out, they responded fast and sorted everything out right away. So yeah, I'm honestly to say if I ever need to buy furniture again in the future, I'll definitely consider Dresgmt first.

9 out of 10 you will regret buying this! Ordered Gray, One Blue and 2 Green were sent!?! Flimsy, light weight with very little to no padding. The arm rests, with the cup holders, are LITERALLY and inner and outer piece of, what feels like, 1/16" whiteboard with nothing in between them. They come in the box flat as a pancake with NO padding on them anywhere. I guess the cup holder keeps it open? That's about 3" of dead space in the arm rest. Because they were completely the wrong color, I did not unbox them past the arm rests. Customer Support said it may have been my lighting that made them look blue and green. Then they said an update was made which may have produced a different shade. Light makes gray look green and blue? This..... thing.. is definitely NOT worth even half the price! To add insult to injury, YOU pay to send this junk back!! I threatened to charge them warehouse/storage fees and ONLY then did they agreed to have it picked up! BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!
