This is the best I’ve ever had - darker and richer than others. Love it.

I feel like I have to speak up when I meet an outstanding product. I cook a lot, and partly due to my French and Swiis background, my bar for chocolate is extremely high (feel free to call me an insufferable snob). This is the real deal. Whoever is in charge at this company, don't change anything. You're on the right track. I use this many different ways, on a daily basis. In my espresso in the morning to make a mocha. Whipped together with a bit of sugar and butter to make a quick snack. For cooking (e.g. bolognese), and baking. Taste is strong and divine. Color is deep and rich. It's just outstanding, and reasonably priced.

I purchased Wilbur’s Dutch cocoa powder when I was in Pennsylvania. I love it, but ran out and I cannot justify the $17 shipping. After buying a couple different kinds in the grocery, and being disappointed in them, I started doing research. This is one of a couple that came up as good quality. I just made my first batch of chocolate syrup (so much better than store bought, and cheaper). I am so happy with this product. Not all cocoa powder is the same. Research if you need to adjust quantities before you start a baking project. Not all cocoa powder is the same.

Wonderfully deep, rich flavor of chocolate cake. Very easy to use in place of cocoa. Blends well in icing also. I’ll definitely order this again…. many times.

Great flavor and doesn't screw up the pH of any batters I've used it with. It's pretty clumpy, though, so be prepared to sift.

09/27/2025 This is my first time trying this brand of cocoa powder and so far I have no complaints! I’ve used this Dutch-process cocoa powder in 2 different recipes and they came out just fine. One had to be mixed with water and the other in melted butter. This cocoa powder mixed beautifully in both and wasn’t clumpy at all. The color of this cocoa powder is pretty similar to “regular” cocoa powders (see pic compared to the black cocoa powder). The flavor was great in making a chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. It smells richer than others so I’m hoping that’s a sign for better quality. I do wish it was cheaper for this size bag you get since I had to use a lot of this (compared to using only a little bit of the black cocoa powder) but I’m still happy with it.

I will definitely be buying this again!!! This product made the scones taste delicious and people are begging me to make more!!! The frosting is delicious with this cocoa in it!!!
