FitBeast Finger Strengthener, Finger Exerciser, Hand Exerciser for Improve Dexterity and Strength in Fingers, Hands, Forearms–Grip Strength Trainer for Musicians, Climbers

Great for those who need to graduate from light to heavy pull. These are the best sets I’ve ever used. I’m currently in rehab. For this problem. My therapist loved the progressive differences in the difficulty in resistance.

I rarely write these, but felt compelled in this case. The product seems well made; solid and performs its function well. Hopefully it retains it’s luster and functionality. However, what really warranted this review (and the 5*s) is the comprehensive manual included. The manual contains multiple schematics of the human hand/arm musculature and skeletal structure, complete with names (posterior muscle group vs lateral; phalanx’s and metacarpals) plus detailed, step-by-step instructions for half a dozen exercises. In this era, the majority of manuals consist solely of a QR code on a business card. Ergo, this manual seems to affirm that company cares about its product quality, and therefore, coincidentally, about the consumer as well. Crazy stuff.

These devices appear to be well made and function smoothly. Allow convenient and versatile strengthening of hand, finger and some arm muscles. I think the 3 sizes I bought will get the job done. Younger and stronger uses might need the strongest size.

This is the set of 4, which I didn't realize. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise. I wound up using a "stronger" exerciser than I thought I wanted. Works fine. I am happy with it. I had purchased another, one only, exerciser. It was less expensive, but it was a piece of junk. Turns out what I purchased was actually cheaper because there were four of them and the quality was so far superior.

I have the expensive prohands also, and while they are "better," they aren't 10x better, which is almost as much as they cost. What's interesting is the difference isn't in the strong ones (which are genuinely really strong), where I can hardly feel a difference, but in the light ones, where the prohands are smooth, and the FitBeast all janky. But I put some silicone dry lube on my light FitBeasts, and now they feel, not quite awesome, but massively improved and definitely usable. For $16, I would recommend these, and only if you love the exercises, consider moving up to the prohands. Also, for the record, I think the individual finger springs is where it's at for function, an the rear palm springs a slightly annoying gimmick. So as an individual unit, I like the D'Addario better. But the D'Addario adjustment is kind of a joke, and one of those costs more than this whole set. Anyway, I have a B.S. degree in Exercise Science (summa cum laude) and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, six-pack abs, good grip strength, and this is my take.

They are great for my therapys, I used everyday, my physical therapy recomend actually They used at the place I go.

These seem pretty good so far. Easy to use Glad I ordered them.

They are too big for this fairly big woman's hand. Also they seem to work OK, but don't have that durable, sturdy feel that I was hoping for. The price is great, and for a man's medium or large hand they may be just fine. But I am returning them.
