First review: I got this and can’t get the c part to work. The rest works fine. I even bought larger/high power batteries to make sure I had that covered but it doesn’t work. Even if I plug the c into the wall. I need it for a trip and the car charger part is okay enough for now so I didn’t try an exchange yet. But I can’t get product support that I can find to ask if I’m doing something wrong. I want to make sure it’s supposed to run the starlink from a power bank (battery) and if so, am I doing something wrong? Update: They contacted me based on the above review and worked with me to resolve the issue. The cable works great but my power bank was not 100w so it couldn’t run starlink. I ordered the recommended one and it worked. She was very patient with me and was willing to do whatever required to make it right so I highly recommend them for any product they sell.

Worked for an hour and wouldn’t power my mini after. Checked fuses for twelve volt outlet and also tried a second outlet in different vehicle. Do not recommend. Save yourself some time and money in the long run and buy one from the Official Starlink website.

I can't say enough positive things about this product! The ease of use and broad spectrum of use is just really awesome. Saved me over $60 in separate cables, fits perfectly and absolutely no problems with connectivity. Very cost effecient, very good quality of cable, and works amazingly I have tried on all 3 connections and all work without any problems!

Worked great with my mini! Love the multiple power input options. The cable could be a bit longer or include a coupler to use the power cable that comes with the mini as an extension. That would truly make it a great product.

I use this with a 100 ah LifePo4 battery to power my starlink mini and it works fine. Been using it for months now with no problem. Note that the mini needs a short cable on 12 volt systems because it needs 30 watts of power. My cigarette light plug in the jeep doesn't always keep it up with running the mini, but the battery I use works fine with this cable. Just thought I would let you know as some people don't realize that the 12 volt car system may drop to a lower voltage with lights and AC going and cause a problem with the mini. Would by again.

The product works, but it’s not like the picture, just has one connector and its power transfer is not enough to have the antenna working all the time. The power is going out every 10-15 minutes
