This is a phenomenal yoga mad. I have purchased at least 5 yoga mats and not one of them feels like this. I am now comfortable to get on the mat because the product is made for this it knows we are trying to protect our knees and our underneaths the foam is just foam and it is not sturdy. Buy this. You will see it is not the Walmart $8 mat quality is sturdy but. Soft. I am now looking forward to laying on the floor with this mat.

Comfortable & love the color way! I use this 2-3 times a week and it’s in perfect condition. It can get slippery when taking a heated class and my hands/feet are super sweaty. Other than that, no complaints. It’s thin enough I keep my balance when standing but thick enough to support when we’re on the floor. Carry on strap works as it should. Good quality mat!

Feels nice, no smell, seems to be of good quality and will last. Stays curled when unpackaged but laid it flat for a few days with books weighing it down, not an issue anymore.

I've been using this mat several times a week for a few months now and figured it's time for a review. Long story short: it does the job, but I'm looking for an entirely different mat. PROS: comfortable to use, lightweight, and a great size on the floor. The thickness is nice and supportive for sensitive knees and wrists, but I do think it has compacted a bit since I got it. CONS: this thing STAYS rolled. Every time I want to use it, I have to roll it backward to get it to lay flat and even then I use weights to hold the corners down at first. It's the #1 most annoying characteristic of this mat. It can be quite slippery if used in hot yoga or if you're prone to sweating. It accumulates dents, divots, and scratches over time. It's bulky when rolled up and the strap is too short to carry on your shoulder. Turns out, the things I was looking for when I bought this (thick and lightweight) are the things that make it subpar-- its a losing combination. I'm now shopping for a heavier mat that's not quite as thick so I can get roughly the same support and comfort without the hassle of wrestling it flat every day.

This yoga mat has been exactly what I needed! The yoga mat comes with its own carrying strap which makes storage easy but most important, the yoga mat has the exact amount of cushioning I need in order to do my stretches after my workouts. As I move around on the mat doing my stretches as well as some bridge work, I am not sliding around nor slipping. I roll it out when I need to use it and then roll it back up without any problems. The mat is thick enough that the curled edges flatten out rather quickly. Highly recommended!

Nice size and good thickness to the mat

Excellent mat and enough padding for my knees in yoga classes. I don't mind it a bit tricky to roll up due to it's thickness.

The addition of the carrying strap is a nice touch, as it provides comfort and convenience when you’re on the go. It is surprisingly easy to roll up the mat and place the strap back on. Of note, the shipping time is incorrect. It says that it will be delivered by the two-day Amazon Prime standard, which is incorrect. I received the item after one week of initial purchase, which was a bit disappointing. However, now that I have the mat, I am very pleased and look forward to utilizing it for my yoga class.
