With long-covid affecting over 1.3 million individuals in the UK, and damage to their lungs only detectable with mri and exon gas, this has given me a good idea of my lung's capacity and effectiveness. If you're short of breath or fatigued I'd recommend it. Glad I did.

Its a good peak flow meter. I use it all the time in my clinic. Suggest cleaning the whole it monthly and mouth peice after every use. The reading correlate well with clinical findings.
