TRAILVIBER Walking Pad Treadmill with 12% 9-Level Auto Incline, 450 lbs Capacity RGB LED Screen, Bluetooth Speaker Under Desk Treadmill

READ IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE!! I'll get to the actual walking pad in just a sec (spoiler alert: it's awesome!), because the most important reason for why you want to go with the TrailViber, instead of any other walking pad, has everything to do with the company and its EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm not exaggerating one bit, when I say that I probably experienced the best customer service of my life, from the team over at TrailViber!! Let's face it, we're now living in a turn and burn world, where fewer and fewer companies, sellers, and service providers, are willing to stand behind their product. And, I don't care what you're buying or who you're buying it from, if something goes wonky with your purchase, you want to know that it can be resolved, without having to do the Hokey-Pokey, or handing over one of your kidneys. On June 15th, I happened to experience something wonky with my walking pad, a little over 6 months after purchasing it. I thought: great, I've long since tossed the box it came in and it's a large and heavy item; this is going to be an absolute nightmare and I'm probably going to have to fight like a tiger, for any chance at a resolution, if there is one at all. But nope, much to my shock and amazement, the direct opposite occurred! So, to illustrate my claim that TrailViber has the best customer service, here is a timeline, for ya: June 15th/8:03pm (2026): I noticed the wonkiness, reached out to the company and described the issue (their email address is in bold, on the manual) . June 15th/10:48pm: I received an extremely well written and apologetic response, with some very clear steps to try resolve my issue. June 16th/3:59pm: (after following the easy steps) I responded back to their customer service team, to let them know that unfortunately the steps provided did not fix the problem, and I included a 20 second video, to show the result, as well. June 19th/3:26pm: I realized my email from the 16th bounced back, because my video file was too big (forgot to compress it). So I sent it again. June 19th/11:58pm: I received another friendly and well written response, letting me know they would be sending me a new one, and that I didn't need to figure out how to send the wonky one back!! June 20th/1:21pm: I sent them a screenshot of my order, so they knew where to send the new walking pad. June 22nd/10:08am: there was a new walking pad, up and running, in my home office! So, 7 days (but really 4), from emailed issue, to up and running again. And, it's pretty clear, by their all of their lightning quick responses, it would've been closer to 4 days, if I realized, before the 19th, that my email on the 16th (w/my video) bounced back!!! As for the walking pad itself, it's awesome! PROS: 1). It's very sturdy; I'm not anywhere near the weight limit but, by the way it feels and handles, if you are, I'd be inclined to trust the stated limit. 2). Operation feels quite smooth, when walking on it. 3). It's very quiet during operation, which exceeded my expectations. 4).The incline function is very smooth and exactly what is stated in the description. SIDE NOTE: unless you have a limitation of some sort, I'm not sure why anyone would purchase a walking pad without an incline function... TrailViber has one the most challenging levels of incline, for when you're ready to up your game. And, even though it offers one of the steepest options of incline levels, it's still super friendly to those who want to build up to a higher incline, slowly, because the increments are small, and the operation is extremely smooth. 5). The speaker's are great, though I don't tend to use them on the walking pad. But, if you're so inclined, I think you'll be happy with them. 6). The displays are big and easy to read. 7). Has a pretty cool app that you can use with it, but I haven't had the chance to explore it enough to really comment on it. 8). No assembly required, just plug it in! CONS: Sorry, I haven't found any. I know this review was long, but I hope it helps you make your decision, or at least gives you the confidence to purchase, if you're on the fence. As for me, I couldn't be happier with my choice of walking pad... the TrailViber itself is truly awesome, but the integrity of the company and the out of this world customer service, makes it a slam-dunk!

Super happy with this walking pad - it is easy to use, compact, and seems well-constructed. I like the ability to control the pad with a remote. I use this under my standing desk on my work from home days. I set it to highest incline (12%/level 9) and about 3.2-3.4 mph walking speed for 30 minutes, which is a great zone 2/recovery workout! It is quiet and set up was super simple out of the box. As a walking pad only, it's easy to store against the wall or under the couch/in a closet. I had previously considered a full treadmill but decided on this for simplicity, cost, and flexibility, especially when used mainly for walking with or without an incline. The customer service is top notch - very responsive and cordial. Ships fast with no issues.

I've owned this treadmill for almost a year now, and overall I've been very happy with it. It's easy to operate, quiet, and simple to move around and store when I'm not using it. I’ve had this walking pad for months now and I am really, really happy with it! First, it is light enough for me to easily roll it to position it in front of my TV and walk while watching. I really like the incline feature and use it every time I walk. It’s quiet as I walk so I don’t have to turn the TV up louder or anything. The remote is self explanatory and can be in my pocket as I watch and walk. Honestly, I’ve never used the speaker feature so I can’t speak to that. The customer service by the company was fantastic too. I was walking and accidentally tripped myself (operator error) and broke a corner plastic piece. The walk pad still worked just fine but I wanted it back to pristine condition so I contacted the company to buy a replacement plastic cover. Unfortunately, I could not buy one but the company instead offered to send me an entire new walk pad! I 100% took them up on the offer and it arrived in a few days. I was shocked and super excited. If I had to complain about one thing, I wish it had a pause button - sometimes I have to stop walking for a moment and wish that I could just pause the timer and do what needs to be done and resume. Instead, I have to stop the timer entirely, or jump off and let it keep running and jump back on and stumble step a few.

In addition, this walking pad is powerful enough for our walking pace. It is the perfect alternative to a bulky treadmill—offering a simple and affordable way to crush fitness goals right from home. The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
