Door Handle Spring Replacement Repair Kit (Six 2 Turn, 1.8mm Thick coils Plus six circlips)

Have got some quite elderly door furniture, but still looks OK and works well. That is until the door handle spring breaks - springs don't last forever. You can't get these springs just anywhere and finding this company on Amazon was a real money saver. Have replaced all my broken springs and the handles work perfectly. Just make sure you order exactly the same size spring as the one you are replacing - they come in various sizes and permutations. The company website is helpful. These were bought to replace spring that was broken on door handle , they are a stronger spring than the original and works better than the original . A great purchase with a few spares , better than having to buy another expensive door handle .

The springs in both the rose lever handles either side of a door failed. I bought this spring repair kit as it looked as though it could replace the existing springs although the existing springs had sharp 90 degree terminations rather than the looped ones provided in the repair kit. Fitting the new springs was straightforward but their overall diameters were larger than I expected and the fit was tight. I needed to rotate and re-fix the roses on the door to obtain the required lever return tension. Overall a good set with spares for the other doors in my house that will fail over time.

Cheap and easy repair just make sure you buy the correct thickness. Worked well so far.

You need to get the broken spring out or a working one like a broken one to determine the thickness and how many turns but this supplier does many versions. Once you have the right one, the springs are a good replacement for broken ones. Excellent supplier. Recommended
