This product tested within spec, and is functioning just like the more expensive capacitor it replaced. Will update if it fails sooner than expected. For now: recommended.

Practical option to keep your AC running
Purchased to replace a capacitor for my house AC. These are a low cost option to trouble shoot an AC that's having trouble getting the compressor started. This one worked for my hard start kit. Use caution for DIY repairs. It isn't hard but definitely discuss with a professional or watch videos on YouTube to ensure you know what you are doing - including the need to turn off the power and ground the old capacitor before touching the wires.

Good for tight-space installations
9.88 microfarad on the meter , so within the 9.5 - 10.5 with the 5% tolerance . Case is 2-5/16" tall , 1-1/4" thick 2" wide Two weeks of operation thus far with no issues and no loss of capacitance .

Plug and play right out of the box. Made all the difference in the world at start up of my furnace/A/C blower motor. No more slow, sluggish blower struggle to start. With this new capacitor it kicks in and starts blowing instantly. Even if it only lasts half as long as the 14 year old original, it will still be a good value at this price. I recommend selecting the correct one and purchasing, it is a good capacitor and fair price.

Well-Made 10MFD Capacitor
This capacitor fitted perfectly into the holding bracket on my air handler's blower. The blower motor starts each time with no problems. So far it is working well for me.
