If You Care, Paper Parchment 70 Square Feet

I’ve been really happy with this parchment paper. It lays flat nicely, doesn’t tear easily, and keeps food from sticking without needing extra oil or spray. I use it for baking cookies, roasting vegetables, and even lining pans for easy cleanup. The roll lasts a long time with 70 sq ft included, and I appreciate that it’s an environmentally conscious option compared to some other brands. It handles heat well and makes cleanup so much easier. Definitely a kitchen staple I’ll keep buying!

This is a environmentally friendly and safe for humans parchment paper. It works well and is worth the money.

--My favorite parchment baking paper. I much prefer it over the typical rolls of white parchment paper. The width of this paper is a little over a foot- maybe 13", which I think it is little narrower than the typical brands out there, which tend to measure 15" wide. I prefer this size, it suits all of my baking needs thus far, and I have been using this brand for several years. --Brown, Unbleached, and chlorine free. --Microwave safe and oven safe (to 428*F) --Sheets can be reused. --While I typically use it for baking cookies and such, sometimes I use it under meats instead of tin foil. If the sheet gets too wet, it can tear which is not out of the norm. --Some types of parchment paper have a matte side and a shiny side, this is the same on both sides- just basic brown paper that resists sticking. -- the container for the roll is all cardboard. The spot that runs the length of the container that is used to tear the paper is also cardboard; just has an edge to help the paper to tear. This is not perfect. Sometimes it tears easily, other times I find it easier to just grab a pair of scissors. This has never been a hindrance to my purchasing this product, but it could be a turn off for some, especially if used to other brands of bleached paper. --budget friendly. While I don't usually rate based on price (as everyone can determine for themselves what works for their budget), I do like to give a shout out to companies that make it reasonable to purchase their product on an on going basic whether it is purchased in store or on line. I first discovered this product alongside other typical parchment papers on the store shelf. The healthier aspect of it was appealing, as well as look of box, and the price as well. Sometimes it has been a little more than other offerings, sometimes less, but either direction the price has been about the same. This parchment paper comes on a simple cardboard box with a sharp metal edge to cut it into appropriate sized pieces. It is a nice tan color with no chlorine. It is great for baking on a cookie sheet. You could also cut squares from it and make those nice muffin cups. The food dies not stick so you do not need to use a spray, or grease. It is a good value.

The paper itself works well. The plastic cutting blade on the box is dysfunctional. The teeth on the blade immediately bend on the first tear and the cut will turn out erratic. I saved a rolling track cutter from my plastic wrap roll and use it to cut this parchment paper. It's a bit of a hassle, but gets a nice clean cut.

Love this , works as should . Like others have said cutting with box it came in doesn’t work . I’m just using scissors , love the product though.

Best parchment for Sourdough baking and wrapping. Doesn't burn or stick to your bread! Chlorine free, unbleached, no toxic additives, is compostable, and is reusable. I used a store brand 1X and ruined a sourdough bread when that kind stuck to my loaf. I switched to this brand last year and I swear by it for baking breads, making candy and baking cookies. I also use this paper for wrapping my breads and tie up with string to give them as gifts. For the slight amount more it might be, it's worth it to not ruin 2 days of sourdough fermenting and waiting to bake your bread, then only to have a cheaper parchment stick to it and have to be thrown away. Just get this one, you'll never go back. It's actually cheaper on Amazon than at my local grocery store so with free prime delivery, this is the best quality.

This parchment paper exceeded my expectations. It’s durable, truly non-stick, and makes baking and cleanup incredibly easy. I also appreciate the environmentally conscious materials without sacrificing performance. A dependable kitchen staple that I’ll definitely keep buying!
