Will this take a year 2000 320clk out of limp mode after conductor plate and plug replace..

It will find codes that the tech using the MB Star will not find to fix your problem. My Ml63 went into limp mode , after I scanned it and found the problem I fixed it and reset my ECU then my vehicle had started working as it should.

Arrived well packed. Went to the web site and downloaded the update package. Updated the unit with no issue. I mention this as this kind of proves it is a genuine - not fake - unit ie the serial number was not rejected. Tested a few of the features. The ability to graph some data is nice.

Scanner did exactly what it was supposed to do. I had a minor problem finding my vehicle (2016 Metris) I emailed Barnett at tech support and he got back to me within a couple of hours with information on where my vehicle was located. I was able to scan and reset an air bag light that everyone said the vehicle had to go to the dealer.

I think it's better than other scanners in the same price range. Therefore, I do not compare iCarsoft MB V3.0 with others that are much better but at least three times more expensive. Didn't support my 2009 ML550 from the beginning except basic scanning. It's completely useless without an update. After I updated the software for free, I found everything what I was looking for. In addition, the Icarsoft website has all the user manuals for download. Not a high-end professional tool, but a good product at a good price. Easy to use and fast. Highly recommended to all owners of older MBs, as it saves a lot of nerves, time and money.
