I’ve used a lot of mascaras over the years, and I’m pretty picky about brushes and clumping. I’ve been loyal to CoverGirl Lash Blast for years, but I finally gave Maybelline Sky High a try—and I was blown away. The brush is fantastic—better than Lash Blast in my opinion—and it makes my lashes look long, full, and defined without clumping or flaking. I love that it stays put all day, yet comes off easily when I want to remove it. It’s truly buildable without getting messy, which is a huge plus. What I love: Brush is easy to use and separates lashes beautifully Adds length and volume without clumps Long-lasting during the day but removes cleanly at night Buildable for both natural and dramatic looks This mascara has officially replaced Lash Blast in my rotation. If you’re picky about brushes, length, and clump-free volume, this is a must-try—I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

I was skeptical about this mascara but needed something quick for a trip. It’s fantastic - goes on without clumping, removes easily. Makes lashes look long and full - as good as my department store brand.

I was a dyed-in-the wool Cover Girl Professional Lash customer for over three decades. Then they changed the formula and what ensued was another decade of trying to find a mascara that actually washes away with water. Found it!! Not only does the mascara have a nice long brush and lengthens my lashes without clumping, it appears to have more than a month’s worth of product in it, and it washes off beautifully. This is my new favorite! Here are photos of my left eye without mascara and my right eye with. Love it!

Not the best mascara but okay for a budget friendly option. Goes on smoothly. Brushes and separates lashes nicely. No clumping. Does add some natural looking length. However, a bit too light and dry for my liking. Takes several coats and yet I feel like it can use more. But it dries super quick and adding too much after it dried becomes kinda sticky and ugly. Idk, Just not vibrant. Too subtle. Too dry. For a daily quick natural look it is a good budget friendly option. For a more noticeable difference with a bang for a night out or special occasion maybe go with something else.

Love this mascara - lasts all day but comes off easily with facial cleanser and water! Love the magenta color too!

I can NEVER find a mascara that lives up to expectations. I bought these in green and plum (I have green eyes) and absolutely love them. Great length, great lift, stays put, no clumps, and the subtle tones enhance my eye color perfectly without looking inappropriate for my age (almost 59). The price is a huge bonus as well. My new favorite!

A great lengthening waterproof mascara at a drugstore price! Removes easily with a waterproof makeup remover and water, and does not irritate my eyes which can be sensitive to other mascara. I find it lengthens my lashes very well and does not clump.

I recently just used the rest of my favorite mascara which is Too Faced’s Better than Sex original mascara in black, so I was looking to see if this would be a cheaper alternative with similar results. I saw that this was the #1 selling mascara at the moment so I ordered this in both the Very Black shade and the Burgundy Haze shade. I was impressed that this is marketed as being washable mascara, with no fallout or smudges. Normally when using a new mascara the first few applications you use tend to be clumpy but with this new Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High line there is absolutely no clumps even from the first few applications. That’s impressive!! It’s also very buildable. The wand itself is flexible silicone and is very soft. The Very Black shade is rich and coated my lashes beautifully! It gives length AND fullness with ZERO CLUMPS and looked beautiful! I love the Very Black shade!! The burgundy shade is nice but it didn’t quite look burgundy on my blue eyes, more like a brown. I was little disappointed in the burgundy for that reason. But once again, no clumps, and nice length. Less volume in this shade. While they were both impressive with their results, I did realize that they had a strong odor of alcohol that I’ve never smelled with any other mascara. I’m not sure what ingredient it is that creates that smell but it’s definitely a bit off putting. Even after a minute or two of wearing I could smell the alcohol from my lashes! Not even the applicator. It did dissipate, and after those initial first couple minutes I couldn’t smell it again. When I went to remove each shade at the end of a 10 hour work day, I could see that there had been no smudging and no fallout under my eyes at all. That’s impressive to me! I use Elemis’ Pro Collagen cleansing balm to remove makeup and I did have a little bit of a struggle to remove. It seemed to really coat my lashes similar to tubing mascara. But with a little extra effort I was able to fully remove just fine. Overall I would recommend the Very Black shade version because it’s a very budget friendly mascara with great results (I was able to get each of them on sale for $7.49!) but I wouldn’t repurchase the burgundy shade again.

This is my favorite mascara! Have been using it for years. It is a rich brown color which I love. It is smudge proof and long lasting!! Easy to wash off. I hope you will love is as much as I do!!
