It’s easy to use and clean. The board is about 12” long. There is a small amount of space between the blade and the edge that I place a cutting board alongside it to level the bread which makes bread slicing a breeze and the blade is sharp so having the guard makes me feel safe to use the handle and it keeps the sliced bread away from the handle. The crank handle is smooth while turning the handle, no shaking. It’s a manual speed so I have total control, and cuts the bread with ease no jagged edges, no more uneven slices, no rough edges. The suctions under the board really help it stay in place so no need to push it up against the wall. The best part is the adjustable dial, I can make the bread as thick or thin as I need for sandwiches or french toast. Overall it’s safe, worth every penny and I would buy I again. I recommend it.

I know this sounds crazy, but I swear being able to easily cut uniform slices of bread makes it taste even better. This slicer is beyond easy to use. LOVE IT!!!!!! I hesitated for over a year if I should buy a slicer or not. Now that I have it I don’t know what I was waiting for. Easy to use, easy to change width of slices, easy to clean. Suctions well to counter top. I only wish it came with some kind of safety shield to prevent fingers from being cut accidentally. That’s never happened to me but it might if you aren’t paying attention while using. Definitely a good purchase at a good price!

This is really nice. I should have gotten it long ago! I love the ease of slicing and the ability to select the thickness/thinness of the slice. Don't think about it, just get it, you'll be very happy with it. It is also very well made. No assembly required, not very heavy, stable on the counter.

I love my new bread slicer. I ordered mine in black. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Mainly metal and attached to a wood base. Looks sturdy. The day after my bread was baked I started slicing them, placing the slicer on a flat surface. The suction cups were strong, making the slicing easy. The blade is super sharp making slicing very light. The slices of bread are guided behind the slicer, so the little railing helps a lot. The bread slicer was easy to clean. The desired thickness of bread was easy to adjust. True to its function.Great value for money.

Love this slicer, it’s practical, easy to use, clean and compact. The suction cups work well and there is no movement of the slicer when cutting bread. I have tried it on several kinds of bread and got perfect cuts each time time.

Where has this thing been all my life?! I wish I would have bought this slicer years ago! With this slicer I can finally get even slices of bread and it’s so easy. I was actually giddy when I used it the first time as the blade went through the bread like a knife through butter. Slicing my sourdough and artisan loaves has been a challenge until now. If you’re a bread baker, buy this now. You won’t regret it.

Just received this bread slicer and I am impressed. From the pictures I thought it was made from a hard plastic. It’s is not. It’s is made of steel. Very sturdy feeling. The suction cups on the bottom anchor it to the counter top very securely. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is bc I haven’t used it yet, but if the quality of the machine means anything I expect it to do an excellent job slicing bread. I’ll update this review once I use it. It’s very nice.

I love this bread slicer! It makes slicing homemade sourdough so easy. You can get the slices so thin which was difficult just using a bread knife. It does take up a lot of shelf or cabinet space but it's worth it if you make your own sourdough. The suction cups on the bottom make it so it doesn't slide around while you're slicing.

Bis jetzt alles super, nicht zu groß, die Saugnäpfe halten sehr gut, das Brot lässt sich mühelos in jeder Stärke schneiden, würde ich wieder kaufen, da hat sich das warten gelohnt

We make sourdough and have tried a few ways to slice it. This is the easiest way and slices it exactly to the width we want and evenly. It’s pricy but well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic bread slicer, easy to use and clean with adjustable thicknesses to choose from. The number of extra (evenly sliced) slices I manage from my sourdough is ace. Should have bought this ages ago. Ah well, you live and learn!
