Nuage Vapour Shower Tablets - Breathe Easy with Every Shower | Contains Menthol & Eucalyptus Oil (3 Pack)

Have had a nasty cold for a week or so and tried these as soon as they arrived. i put it under the spray of the shower, turn the water a little hotter than I would use and let it run to 'activate' the tablet for about 2 minutes. The release of the menthol was almost immediate once the water hit it. I let the steam build up a little before turning the temp down and showering. It was very refreshing and i felt a noticeable difference in my congestion while I was there, more so than I would usually get from hot water alone. The scent doesn't really linger. As soon as I turned off the water the menthol started to dissipate but with the door and window closed there is still a faint scent in the room. For reference I have a small glass cubicle shower with a door that fully closes, it's only open at the top, so it's likely this helps the product a lot as the steam is trapped in the cubicle. For the price it's well worth a try if you're struggling with congestion. The tablets are quite large and there was still about a third of the tablet left after a 10 minute shower, so you can either have a good long shower or have multiple uses with each tablet.

Bought these after two of us suffering with after cold sinus issues. They were surprisingly effective. Would definitely buy again

These work well but do make my eyes water a little. However, that's a price i'm willing to pay if i've got a cold and desperately want to be able to breathe again! A lot more convenient/safer than the old boiling water with Vics melted into it and a tea towel draped over the back of your head :)

Great tablet for the shower. Get the water a little hotter than normal and they dissolve better and with the water hotter produces better vapour in the steam

By the time I had showered and washed my hair, the shower tablet hadn't started to dissolve, so i got no menthal vapour, took around 4 showers to disolve but the vapour wasn't very strong

Really lovely product, opened up my blocked airways, felt relaxing and medicinal and filled the room with a fresh smell. This is a shower steamer and I sent it to a friend also who had a bad cold. Thoroughly recommend.
