Actually works
I thought this and let my MIL use it and she got hooked so I had to buy another one because IT ACTUALLY WORKS. I am no influencer and I make money miles away from Amazon or its cronies. I don’t think it will give you long lasting results (ie….you gotta keep using it if you want results) but as long as you are using it - i would guess it gives 20-30% visual reduction in wrinkles. This sucker - along with a solid retinol in the neck - can probably keep a neck lift at bay for 5-8 years. CYA: I have only been using it for 1-month so it could stop being as effective - don’t know yet. But as of now; it works, (thank goodness) and it’s fairly cheap. If it turns out to be cancer causing - non-y’all can use this post as some sort of told ya so for health. Who knows if it’s healthy - but it does make you look younger. Everything else is on yall.

It Seems to Actually WORK! :)
I've had this for just short of a month and - so far - I really like it. I previously purchased a full body therapy panel from a different mfg [which is also very good] for a friend, and comparing the two, I prefer the "bag" format. I did as much research as possible and both items had the power and red light/NIR capabilities one wants to get a really benefit from this therapy. The major difference between these two models/styles is the distance between the lights and one's body. With red light therapy, distance is very important. The farther one gets [inches, not feet] from the lights the more the effective treatment capability is reduced. SO: Closer is Gooder :) The bag is made by zipping two individual mats together. This is Wonderful for several reasons: 1. If you want to share it with someone, you can unzip it and have two independent mats, and two different settings. 2. The bag fully envelops you, so a full body treatment is accomplished in one session vs needing at least two sessions with a flat panel or single mat. This is the difference between a single 20 minute session and a 40 minute session to accomplish the same results. if you're time constrained - who isn't - this is important. 3. Additionally, with the bag set-up, you can input two different types of sessions into one: a. one mat can be set for red light [660nm primarily affecting skin surface], for 10 minutes [10 minute increments up to 50 minutes], at one of 5 different power levels. b. the second mat can be set for IR [860nm going deeper into your tissue/bones], for 10-50 minutes, at a different power level. I do this as my back is pretty bad but I don't think I need [should?] use IR to come at me from two sides and possibly overwhelm my internal organs. I don't know if this is real or not, but why go there if you don't have to? As I wrote above, I've had this for less than a month, and my chronic lower back pain is significantly reduced. So far, I am one HAPPY CAMPER!! I actually slept last night with ZERO back pain. I don't remember the last time that occurred!

Didn’t think I’d be someone who uses a red light mat, but here I am
I strained my hamstring a few weeks ago after pushing too hard during sprints at the gym. It wasn’t a serious injury, but enough to make walking and sitting uncomfortable for days. I tried stretching and using heat packs, which helped a little, but the tightness just wouldn’t go away. My trainer suggested I look into red light therapy. At first, I was skeptical. It sounded like one of those wellness trends that might not actually do much. But I was tired of feeling stuck, so I figured it was worth trying. The mat arrived in sturdy packaging, no weird smell, and the material felt surprisingly high quality. I’ve been using it three to four times a week in the evening while watching TV. I’ve kept it at the lower settings so far, just because I prefer easing into new things. What I like most is how gentle it feels. There’s no noise, no pressure, just a steady warmth that helps my muscles relax. It doesn’t feel like a dramatic change, but more like my body is slowly starting to release tension. After 3 days, I’ve noticed I don’t wake up with the same stiffness, and walking around feels more comfortable. It’s not a miracle product, but it’s made recovery feel more much more manageable and less frustrating. If you’re dealing with mild soreness and want something that fits easily into your routine, I think this is a really solid option. I’ll definitely keep using it. It’s really worth it!

Does Not Include 10Hz/40Hz recovery pulse modes
This item does not includ the 10Hz/40Hz recovery pulse modes feature as described in the description. I purchased the first one and thought it was defective so I returned it and ordered another one and same problem. This model only offers an "H" mode with a slow pulse. It does not offer 40Hz fast pulse for deeper recover mode. I will try working directly with the company the ensure I get the latest model. The description on this item needs to be udated as it is deceptive.

Help! I'm Stuck to the Mat
I received this sleeping bag a week ago, and I have used it for 30 minutes the past 5 nights. I went online to find out if I should wear clothing and found this: "It is best to have the skin directly on or close to the red light mat. This allows the light to penetrate the skin effectively for optimal results." My problem is that I stick to the bottom of the mat because I'm using it nude. I'm not using it for aches and pains. I'm using it to improve my skin. It's very uncomfortable when I raise up off of it.I can't imagine using it in the summer. It seems like a quality product, but I'm not sure I can stick with it. Also, I wish the zipper had a pull on the inside of the bag.

Exactly what my 38-year-old body needed
I work from home, which means I’m at my desk way too much—hours of sitting, barely moving, and by the end of the day my shoulders, lower back, and even my waist feel tight and achy. On top of that, I’ve been having a harder time falling asleep. It’s like my body just refuses to fully relax. I’d tried all the usual things—stretching, heating pads, even different pillows—but nothing really lasted. Then I came across the QuasarMD Sleeping Bag and thought, why not? The idea of red light therapy sounded high-tech, but also kind of comforting. From the very first session, I noticed something different. The warmth wasn’t overwhelming, just soothing—like my muscles were letting go of all the tension I’d been carrying. My lower back felt looser, and the nagging tightness in my shoulders started to ease up. Even more surprising? I actually slept through the night without tossing and turning. Now it’s become my evening ritual. I’ll slip into it after a long workday, sometimes even while listening to music or a podcast, and by the time I’m done my whole body feels lighter, calmer. It’s not just recovery—it’s almost like a reset for my mind too. At 38, I can already feel that taking care of myself isn’t optional anymore. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and comfort. If you’re working from home, dealing with body aches, or just struggling to really rest, this is worth every penny.

Best Purchase Ever…Not Exaggerating
I was worried about ease of use, heat, the feel of the plastic and the overall effect of this bed. It’s hard to trust Redlight products but Ben Greenfield recommended so I gave it a shot. I am now obsessed. I tell everyone to buy one. After just 20 minutes all the pain in my back from taking care of my two babies is gone. My skin looks younger every day and is softer than ever. The most relaxing and rewarding part of my day. Could not recommend more. I literally thought about bringing it as carry on for a vacation recently because I use it every single day. ❤️❤️❤️

Pretty decent but a little disappointing
I am an esthetician and did a ton of research on these mats before purchasing this one. I will say for the price (when it is on sale) it is worth it. The different settings are nice. I have had it about 6 months with no issues. What I don’t like is how narrow the actual light pad is. It doesn’t look like the picture at all, so I felt a little misled. When laying in it, your back and legs are really all that is getting exposure. It is not wide enough for shoulders and arms to be included. I am not a large person either. I bought this primarily for back, shoulder and hand pain. But unless I rest my hands on my stomach while in it- my arms and hands are not getting any benefit. Shoulders and arms are not getting any light treatment. There were other mats I was comparing to this one- and had I know how narrow this one is- I probably would have chosen a different one. The other issue, that is not that serious really, just annoying - is the zipper. It is only on the outside. When zipping yourself in- it is hard to get all the way zipped up when you have to reach outside the bag. And then getting out is the same. Would be nice if you could just reach the zipper from the inside to unzip yourself. I don’t hate this bag- but I don’t use it as often as I want to because of the narrow strip and the annoying zipper. For as much as you spend, pretty disappointed.
