These small alarms do what I need them to do and nothing else! My house is neary by the highway and I can fell some vibrations when touching my house windows when a truck rolls by. I just worry these alarms will be triggered by the vibrations and therefore be useless. It's success. They work great and no false alarms! It's easy to replace the batteries when they run out without removing the item from the window. It's nice and loud alarm. Strongly recommend!

These come with one feature; they turn off and on. That's all I needed them to do. I used these for my garage windows, I have 5. I don't need to adjust sensitivity or volume there because it's not a living space. For the price these are a great value. They are loud enough that I can hear them in the house, which is attached to the garage, and they stuck on the windows without a problem. I tested them and they are sensitive enough that if someone were to bang on my window they will go off, I like that. Time will tell on battery life but replacements are cheap and theres no amount of money I wouldn't pay for peace of mind.

2 out of the 6 in the box didn't work. Contacted the seller and they replied back timely within a few days. The seller sent replacements that all worked. Easy to use. Easy to install. Not all will have the same sensitivity so test each one and decide where you want to install the more sensitive ones. I haven't had a false alarm yet. It's not loud like a home alarm siren, but for a little device, the volume is fairly piercing if you're standing near it. It's just a cheap and easy way to add an extra bit of security in different areas of your home.

Easy to attach to window. can turn on and off easily. Chirps loudly when window is hit. I feel secure wirh the 20 or so that I have installed.

Not what I needed but work well & Sound is Loud

Sticks great. Very loud. Be warned - a loud rumbling thunder clap will set it off. Seriously.

I have a dozen or so of these Catsonics and also have a dozen of the Doberman alarms that appear almost identical. After about 4 weeks - the Catsonic alarms become almost impossible to reset - using the little button. No amount of taping, pressing or rubbing them will reset them. The Dobermans are far more sensitive and are set off by sun hitting the window, thunder and any sharp noises in the house - even dropping a fork. Meaning lots of false alarms. The batteries lasted about a year. Additionally, neither alarms are loud enough to heard outside above ambient street noises. Don't depend on you neighbor hearing them. I would say save your money for a decent security system, but I have yet to find one that is cost effective, reliable and durable.

As far as functionality goes, these alarms most definitely work. Even the slightest vibration will set these things off and they are super loud so they are sure to scare anyone away who might be attempting to break in. The problem is that they are overly sensitive and go off for the slightest reason. Even the slight vibrations that occur on my windows when my dog barks sets them off and it is a real pain. The installation is a breeze and pretty self explanatory. The adhesion on the back of the alarms are durable and I've had no trouble with any of them falling off so thats a good point. Unfortunately we are looking to go ahead in just replace these because they are not very convenient. We have to turn them off during the day because any noise sets them off and most of the time we forget to turn them back on. Another thing that bothers me is that when the alarms go off the siren goes on and on and does not turn off, draining the battery.
